Preston reaches towards a surface and focuses. The surface opens into a pool of light that flows like a viscous liquid. Then, he reaches in and withdraws the item of his choosing, stealing it from somewhere in the world.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 rounds to activate.
Choose an Object which could fit inside a regular backpack (up to 27 liters). It cannot be Alien and must be generic. You can create explosives, but they are limited in size to being no larger or more powerful than a satchel charge. You may create firearms.
Roll Perception + Occult to fabricate up to 5 copies of your chosen Object. The Difficulty is assigned by the GM and depends on the specificity of your chosen Object. Created item lasts 1 hour.
Beco's golden shield jumps to a nearby ally to protect them from projectiles.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You have 4 Armor, which reduces incoming damage from all sources of physical attack except Melee Attacks. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
You may transfer your Armor to another target within 30 feet once per Round as a Free Action. You may transfer it back to yourself at any range.
You may spend an Action or Reaction and Exert your Mind to double your Armor rating for one Round.
Any time your Armor prevents Damage, your Armor rating is temporarily decreased by 2. Whenever it goes five Rounds without preventing any Damage, it is restored back to its full value.
Myles has always had a keen eye and a sharp nose, but now? Now, he can track a scent through a rainstorm, pick up the faint trace of gunpowder from a crime scene days old. The city’s a tapestry of smells, each one telling a story—who was here, what they touched, what they left behind. Blood, sweat, lies, and fear all have a distinct aroma, and Myles can’t ignore them even if he tries.
And then there’s his sight. If he locks in, he can read a license plate from a rooftop across town or catch the subtle twitch in a suspect’s expression from a mile away. The trick is holding focus—like a wolf on the hunt, narrowing in on the prey, filtering out the noise of the world.
But heightened senses come at a cost. When he tunes in too deep, the rest of the world fades. If he’s tracking a scent, he might not hear the footsteps creeping up behind him. If he’s staring into the distance, he might not see what’s right in front of him. The gift of the hunt is powerful—but in the wrong moment, it can be a dangerous distraction.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
Any heightened senses require you to maintain Concentration to use, and do not apply to any passive Perception checks.
As Mr. McNugget reaches into his oversized clown suit, his hand disappears into seemingly endless pockets, pulling out an assortment of unexpected items—knives, coins, trinkets, all appearing from nowhere. The fabric ripples as if hiding an infinite stash, defying the suit's comical size.
Spend a Quick Action.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within 30 feet of you to your stash. You may only stash targets which are not possessed by someone else, and are freestanding and unattached.
You may store Objects in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters), and you may store up to 3 things at a time.
You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Weak Stomach.
Minerva lets out a breath, closing her eyes and reaching her paw out towards her target. She slips into the vault of her targets mind, walking the archives of their memory. Each vault is a reflection of its owner, and sometimes they're weird. But Minerva is getting the hang of tracing though the archives of memory quickly enough. She has to leave herself a bit of herself in the Dreamlands, though.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select an Animate target within arm's reach You must actively and obviously use fox pendant to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while the effect is active. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you are able to view your target's memories. If you fail, the target knows you're attempting to read their memories.
You may ask a number of specific questions about their memory equal to your Contested Outcome. For example, “what is their computer password,” “What were they doing at 4:00PM yesterday,” etc. You cannot get answers to broad, analytical questions like “are they a good person?” or “what are their plans for the future?”
Each question you ask and memory you replay takes a single Round to read.
You may read memories that the target has forgotten.
As Harold communicates a command with his target, he funnels the data into a complex computer made of thousands of tiny nanobots. They perform a complex algorithm that outputs the exact words, phrasing, and emphasis needed to motivate them to obey in the near future.
Exert your Mind and spend at least one Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. Your target cannot be engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.

The doctor is a master at surgical transplantation. As long as they have a donor part, they can replace any permanent, lingering battle scars on their patient. Of course, the transplanted part doesn't always match, and the patient must be careful to follow the doctor's aftercare orders, or the replacement will be rejected.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up a donor body part matching the injured area in order to activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.

Healing a Battle Scar in this way leaves behind a mismatched replacement on the target which cannot be healed.

Resolidifying is exhausting.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into a flowing pool of water for the next minute. You may end the effect early and return to your normal form at will. Your structure must remain relatively contiguous. Observers will view you as an unusual entity moving with a singular purpose.
While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that is not water-tight.
Injuries from standard attacks are reduced to Severity 1, but Damage from AOE effects is increased by 1.
You cannot communicate or use equipment while transformed. Your equipment does not transform with you beyond basic body coverings. You cannot carry any items while transformed.
You have access to your Powers while transformed.
