Minerva clears her mind and then she asserts her will over the world. And the world changes, the universe misled into believing her lies were real.
Minerva's powers begin to manifest fully with this. Almost subconsciously, the young girl can change the world around her. Occasionally small things change without her thinking about it. But when she focuses... she convinces the universe her playthings are real, and it accepts this, with reservations.
If they are treated roughly, however - damaged or stressed at all, by anyone - the universe remembers, and such illusions evaporate into smoke.
She is holding her pendant in her hand as she does this, an instinctual reaction. She's come to treat the pendant as a crutch, and because she believes she needs it, she needs it.
Minerva deals poorly with pain or stress, having lived a pampered life and having little experience to see her though them. Physical pain at all keeps bringing her mind back to that, and she's unable to assert her will properly. Stress does the same - as soon as she's distracted, she's unable to focus, unable to make her will come forth.
Finally...under the surface, in the depths of her mind, lurk darker thoughts. Her practice with altering the world comes into full manifestation when she panics and loses her composure, her fears seeping in.
Spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 45 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless you have no body damage and your mind damage is Agitated or better. You must actively and obviously use aa to activate this Effect. Choose an illusion to generate, which can be no larger than a person.
The chosen illusion is generated at your target, and it will remain in place for the next minute or you choose to end it. It can be perceived by people through their taste, touch, hearing, smell, and sight. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You cannot make an exact replica of an existing Animate being or Object.
Anyone who struggles against the illusion or who would be damaged by the illusion (or who would be able to perceive it significantly through a sense it cannot fool) realizes it is an illusion, and the entire effect will be ended for all targets.
The illusion will remain fixed to its initial target, and can only change locations if the initial target is mobile in some way. It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and “puppeteer” it.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Latent Nightmares: When your mind damage becomes Alarmed or worse make a self-control roll. You automatically fail this roll if your mind damage is Delirious or worse. On a failure, your fears and panic begin to manifest as illusions around you, typically taking the form of shadow creatures. All actions and movement must be focused on dealing with the illusions, which persist until you make a 4-success Mind roll at the end of a turn. The illusions focus on you, but are visible to all and will attempt to prevent anyone from helping you.
The Gift bearers eyes turn a golden hue when activated.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way. Lasts for three hours.
Cleatus has always been quick as a whip, well. Physically, but this latest gift has given him an extra pep in his step that takes him beyond that kind of thing. After getting particularly drunk during his last outing, Cleatus woke up practically constantly as loose and relaxed as he had been when he was sauced. Now constantly benefiting from that state of snappy relaxation, Cleatus finds it easier than ever to react and roll his way into battle. Though he doesn't know that it was in fact a drunken request to be like this forever to a harbinger he met while blasted out of his mind after the last job that resulted in this.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Dexterity rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
As the Inspector dons his detective jacket, small, barely visible wisps of white mist with the barest hint of a sparkle seem to surround him as he blends in with his background.
When the Inspector went to obtain his new gift, the mystic said this gift of his legacy was a bit of a challenge. Something they used to help them move unseen, simple in theory, but complicated to master.
The magic was indeed tricky, and ever since he received it, the Inspector has been struggling to stay seen when he wants to be seen and stay unseen when he doesn't. The mystic said to take things he baby steps. Hopefully, he can manage even those.
You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using detective jacket to gain the benefits of this Effect.
You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are partially obscured from sight. All attempts to detect you using sight are rolled at a -3 dice penalty, and all attempts to detect you where sight would assist are rolled at -1 penalty.

The doctor is a master at surgical transplantation. As long as they have a donor part, they can replace any permanent, lingering battle scars on their patient. Of course, the transplanted part doesn't always match, and the patient must be careful to follow the doctor's aftercare orders, or the replacement will be rejected.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must use up a donor body part matching the injured area in order to activate this Effect. Select a Battle Scar on your target to treat.
The treated Battle Scar heals as you finish activating this Effect. If used on a Battle Scar caused by an Unstabilized Injury, that Injury is Stabilized.
You may specify a specific condition that the patient must adhere to. If they break this condition, the treatment is immediately reversed. Record this regimen as a Condition. Lasts until the end of their next Contract or 1 month for non-Contractors.
Healing a Battle Scar in this way leaves behind a mismatched replacement on the target which cannot be healed.
The werewolf unleashes their inner beast, transforming into an imposing hybrid of human and wolf. Their head reforms into that of a wolf, robbing them of speech but bestowing a maw of deadly fangs. Grey fur sprouts from their body as it swells with muscle, ripping any tight-fitting clothes. While transformed, the werewolf is impulsive and driven more by instinct than logic.
If The Werewolf is struck my moonlight, they are compelled to transform.
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action.
You transform into a werewolf for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a werewolf, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 2 and your Dexterity is increased by 2. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -1).
Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
While transformed, you automatically fail any Mind roll to resist an impulse and suffer -3 dice on all other Mind rolls.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Whenever you are struck by the light of a full or gibbous moon, you must roll Self-Control to resist transforming. Triggers a max of once per night.

While inside, they can control their target's actions. Affected targets have no memory of the experience.
Increase your sacrificial Injury's Severity by 1 and spend an Action. Select a Living or Sapient target within arm's reach. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.

You do not leave your original body behind when you possess a target. When a possession ends, your original body will reappear at the host body’s same location. You may spend an Action to end the possession early.
Stats: During the possession, you use the host body’s Body rating, but your own Mind rating. Any rolls you make use the host body’s Brawn, Dexterity, and Perception but your own Charisma, Intellect, and Abilities. You gain the effects of any physical Assets and Liabilities they have. You cannot read the target’s mind or memories.
Gifts: You have access to and can use any of your own Powers which are intrinsic to your biology or physical body. You cannot access any Powers or other supernatural effects which the target has, unless they are intrinsic to the target’s biology or physical body.
Death: If the host body is killed or destroyed while you are still possessing it, you will die along with it.
