You may send a single message to your target. It can be no more complicated than a multi-page letter or a long email.

The message may be intercepted while in transit, and may be overheard, read, or otherwise understood by anyone near either you or the recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.

This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is golden halos forming in the irises.. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.

This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Messenger of the Lord - Your word is God's will, and God's intention, any who do not follow or believe it are sinners and heathens and should be treated as such... make a Self Control Roll in order to not brand those who beseech you as sinners, heathens, and to not treat them as such..

This Artifact can change its appearance. When not transformed, it is roughly the same size as a The Bouncer Belt and just as difficult to conceal.

Spend a Quick Action to activate. This Artifact either changes into one of the following Objects, or a single spliced Object as large as the largest Object with the functionality of all: the original Artifact or Gun. This lasts until you decide to end the Effect, which may be done as a Free Action.

The new object's appearance must be generic, cannot mimic specific items (such as a particular painting, a certain person’s ID, etc), and must be of a similar size and weight to this Artifact.

Your Artifact makes a genuine transformation into the new Object; it is not illusory, and the Object has fully normal and expected functionality. Any functionality which the Artifact previously possessed will not be useable until the transformation is ended, or if it is one of the two chosen spliced-together Devices.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 10 miles of you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless you can see your target.

You open up a line of conversation to your target, and may continue speaking with them without any additional Exertion cost for as long as you maintain Concentration

The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.

Spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. You must actively and obviously use A miniature tori gate to activate this Effect.

You may send a single message to your target. It cannot be longer or more complex than a couple short sentences.

The message will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.

You may send any physical Object that would fit into a backpack with your message. Such messages take one minute to arrive and always cost Exertion. Any active timers, fuses, or traps on the objects are triggered when you attempt to send them.

You must have specific targets in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. You must actively and obviously use Benjamin to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.

This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is your left hand making a fist. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
