The day Joshua Norton the First died, there was a funeral procession over two miles long, & the day was marked by a total eclipse of the sun. Now, a new Emperor has risen to unite & heal the divides of America - Emperor Issac Norton the II (formerly Issac Neuman). When wearing the iconic attire associated with the role, Issac presents a commanding yet comforting presence. While the media & the shareholders that watched his profitable start up tank say he is mad, no one can doubt the conviction behind his eyes:
The Emperor has come to save us from ourselves.

A simple trick, if one that requires admitting a bit more vulnerability than he would normally like. Leaving behind the flesh suit has it's costs, but Leon vastly prefers that to the universal problem of being obliterated by a tank round, and though it takes a bit of mental focus, and pulling in the screaming souls of those he has devoured to do so, he can quickly corporatize if it is absolutely necessary.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.
You phase out of reality for 4 Rounds. During this time, you cannot affect the outside world (other than non-combat Actions using your hands, at +2 Difficulty) or take any Actions. You may move as normal while phased out. You may pass through walls and "climb" up and down through solid material at normal climbing speeds. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Leon's body collapses into an empty skin suit on the floor, and his ethereal body steps into a mass of souls.
You leave A glowing marble of fox fire at your location.
The mystic channels directly through bullets and exchanges injuries selected through the casters. This is a gruesome process which is not for the weak hearted yet acts as a healing or offensive process.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select two Sapient targets within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use Handgun to activate this Effect. If a target does not consent to the transfer, you must roll Charisma + firearms (8) at Difficulty 6 to use the effect on them. They can resist by rolling either Body or Mind at Difficulty 6, depending on what you are attempting to transfer to them.
You may choose a single instance of one of the following to transfer between your two targets:
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see The target has to be stripped of their skin muscle and rebuilt with whatever ive inflicted..
After his second Metamorphosis Cycle, Dill's body is further changed. His flimsy wings have receded into a hard chitinous casing on his back, his skin is slightly tougher, his eyes now segmented and his jaw beginning to segment into mandibles. His secondary limbs have become usable rather than vestigial, and his body has properly aligned his limb connections, meaning some reduction in the capacity of his senses has occured, in favour of much higher dexterity.

Come one, come all! Stand in amazement and behold as the Fire Eater consumes a flame as if it were cotton candy! Gasp with fright as they breathe a plume of fire a great distance! And yes, ladies and gentlemen, it is quite dangerous.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: perform a fire-breathing trick. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you take a Severity-4 Injury as the fire burns your throat. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You may start or extinguish a fire as large as a firepit's fire at your target. Extinguishing a fire does not cost Exertion. You may create or extinguish fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 4 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be shredded by any Damage dealt, destroying material Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
The Thief examines an object closely for a minute to appraise its value. As their eyes dance across the subject, their pupils split vertically, and their irises fade to gold. If it is a particularly valuable item, the Thief may greedily lick their lips, revealing a forked tongue.
Within a minute, they have determined how materially valuable the object is and why.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a target Object within arm's reach. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Culture at Difficulty 6.

You gain the following benefits at all times.
If you would take an Injury that would kill you, you don’t die. Instead, you survive in an Incapacitated state. This state lasts for the next hour, at which point you fully return to life. Unstabilized Injuries do not degrade while you are Incapacitated
If, while you are unconscious, your wound level rises above your rating in Body + Charisma, or if you take an Injury with Severity greater than your rating in Charisma, you die. After you return, the Injury that would have killed you, as well as any Injuries sustained while Incapacitated, are healed. Battle scars obtained during this time remain.
The mobster presents a reasoned, logical case to the target: there's a lot of dangerous folks out there, and only they can offer safety... for a price.
If they agree, they will pay the mobster a monthly fee for protection. If they stop making their payments... well, let's just say, the mobster can't be held responsible for any unsavory types that might pay them a visit.
This Effect cannot be used unless you are making a deal to exchange money for protection.
You may make an oath with a physically-present, Sapient target. Communicate the oath's terms to the target, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must shake hands to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The target cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the target, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.

The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
