Your target will become Animated indefinitely. You may choose to end the effect at will, as a Free Action. You can maintain a max of 4 targets animated at once.
Animated Objects have the following restrictions and capabilities:

This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is a wink. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Catherine uses fortune telling to briefly show the target their infinite possible futures before revealing the grand infinity of the future, hammering home how insignificant their existence is.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Sapient or Creature target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use Fortune telling items to activate this Effect. Roll Perception+Occult at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain Fear of Infinity as a Trauma. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
Surgical Awakening is a gruesome spectacle that blurs the lines between science and bio-horror. In a quiet lab, Oleg meticulously performs the painful open procedure, using chemicals, surgical tools, and a touch of source magic to awaken dormant potential within the target's nervous systems. The subject’s body thrashes and protests as the flesh is reformed, reshaped, and augmented—an eerie blend of organic tissue and the unnatural. The results are profound, granting the subject new abilities like unnatural strength, hidden compartments within their body, or adaptations to extreme environments. The process is raw and visceral, with the flesh itself rebelling against its forced transformation, leaving an no marks upon the skin, but psychological scars that can take a while to fade.
Exert your Mind and spend 30 minutes. Select a Living or Animate target within arm's reach. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma. Your target must make a Trauma roll to reap the benefits of this Effect. They may choose to Resist the Effect and not make the roll. The target can easily Resist.
You may add one augmentation to your target. Each augmentation counts as a Trauma and can have exactly one of the following Effects:

You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see a delicate open surgery where the flesh and nerves visible deform and struggle against the procedure.

David will have one on his person, and a bunch of these at home from which he can requisition one over a Downtime. to activate this Effect.
You transform into Possessed by Bobby’s Ghost, obviously and visibly for 30 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are Possessed by Bobby’s Ghost, obviously and visibly, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 1. Your Stress is reduced by 2.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Bobby appears hovering and flickering as an outline over David’s form, looking exactly as he did the way he died: A 16 year old boy, covered in cuts and bruises, with lifeless eyes and a snapped neck..
The mobster presents a reasoned, logical case to the target: there's a lot of dangerous folks out there, and only they can offer safety... for a price.
If they agree, they will pay the mobster a monthly fee for protection. If they stop making their payments... well, let's just say, the mobster can't be held responsible for any unsavory types that might pay them a visit.
This Effect cannot be used unless you are making a deal to exchange money for protection.

The Necromancer stands over a corpse and makes a series of grandiose lifting gestures. The corpse rises from the ground as though suspended by invisible strings, barks a pained groan, and lands on its feet, now a full-fledged member of the living dead.

Summon a single zombie at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.

After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
While submerged, the aquamancer can fully sustain themselves from the waters around them, entirely forgoing food, drink, and even air. They may also enter a state of hibernation, remaining underwater and incapacitated for up to two months.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are submerged in water.
You no longer require any food, water, or air in order to survive.
You can suspend all requirements for life by entering an inanimate state. You can remain in this state for up to 2 months, and are effectively Incapacitated while Hibernating. Entering and Exiting takes one minute, during which you cannot act.
