(You must actively and obviously be using a IV23 Mapping Geiger counter.)

Iryna pulls out a contraption that looks like a cross between a printing calculator, a Geiger counter, and a TI-82, known to her as the IV-23 Mapping Geiger Counter. She turns it on and sweeps the area, infusing the machine with her own radiation and supercharging its effects. It scans the area and prints out the coordinates as well as any instructions on how to get to the weapon.

You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. You get details of what each detected item is, as if you've glanced at each object.

Even if there are no sources of major environmental contamination or weapons of mass destruction within 50 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

You automatically detect all objects that are designed to detect people, including tripwires, security cameras, detection lasers, heat sensors, etc within 50 feet of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. When you detect objects, instead of learning nothing about them, you may observe each object with all of your senses.

Even if there are no objects that are designed to detect people, including tripwires, security cameras, detection lasers, heat sensors, etc within 50 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

You may only use this Effect once per day.

  • This includes any objects that come into range during activation.

Exert your Mind and spend one minute.

You automatically detect the closest of any everything within 300 feet of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards the detected item. When you detect objects, instead of learning nothing about them, you may observe each object with all of your senses.

If no everything targets are within 300 feet of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.

The means by which any everything are hidden or disguised is made clear to you, as well as how to access them if they are secured. This includes objects secured via the Stash Effect.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see be weird.

After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

  • When narrating disturbing content, be cognizant of your group's tone and accommodating to those who would like to "fast forward" through the description.
  • This includes any objects that come into range during activation.

You automatically detect all Evidence of Crime within 50 feet of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. You do not learn any details about the detected items.

  • This Effect does not satisfy the line of sight targeting requirement for other Effects.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.

You automatically detect all Spatial Anomalies within 50 feet of you for the next ten minutes. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. You do not learn any details about the detected items.

Even while this Effect is not active, if any Spatial Anomalies come within 50 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.

Louis's introduction to the contracting world being so rife with artifacts has made him question what else may be out there, and curious to find more, he's begun digging into ways to do so. This gift is the harbinger's answer to his request for a way to sate that curiosity.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Transcribing details about the area into the scanner. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect all Artifacts and Cursed Objects within 50 feet of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. When you detect objects, instead of learning nothing about them, you may observe each object with all of your senses.

Even while this Effect is not active, if any Artifacts or Cursed Objects come within 50 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.

Even if there are no Artifacts or Cursed Objects within 50 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.

  • This includes any objects that come into range during activation.

You automatically detect all object that are designed to detect people, including tripwires, security cameras, detection lasers, heat sensors, etc within 50 feet of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. When you detect objects, instead of learning nothing about them, you may observe each object with all of your senses.

  • This includes any objects that come into range during activation.
  • This Effect does not satisfy the line of sight targeting requirement for other Effects.
