You gain the following benefits at all times.

You get +8 dice to any Body resistance rolls you make. You also gain the following effects:

  • Inoculation: If you succeed a Body resistance roll against an Effect, you are immune to that Effect for the next 24 hours.
  • Purge Toxins: You may take a Severity-1 Injury to cancel the effect of any non-Alien drug, poison, or toxin in your system, as long as you are aware of its existence.
  • Total Immunity: You are immune to all diseases, venoms, and toxins, including Alien ones.
  • Got It Bad: If you fail to fully resist an Effect, your Outcome is considered to be 0.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Missing Fingers: Triggered the onset of the power, after magical daggers were used to remove fingers as tokens..

  • These bonuses apply only to Body rolls made to resist Effects and other supernatural phenomena. They do not apply to other contexts such as attacks made while under the Creature Transformation Effect.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

You are permanently and visibly transformed: ________. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living being when targeted. Your Dexterity is increased by 1.

Your body is adapted to Alertness. You receive +3 dice on non-attack rolls related to Alertness.

The Severity of any Injury caused by Divine magic or dmg is increased by 2.

All of his dead won't let him miss.

You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with assault rifles.

+2 dice to all assault rifles rolls.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Point Control: Called Shots that you attempt only require a Contested Outcome of 2 for small targets and 4 for tiny targets.
  • Finesse: You may limit the Severity of any Injury you inflict or determine a maximum Wound Level to inflict on the target, including Incapacitated. You may also choose to make this Injury properly or improperly stabilized, or to keep it unstabilized.

You gain the following benefits as long as whenever an Injury heals due to this effect, you receive a dice penalty to your next three actions equal to the severity of the Injury healed, as the flesh rends apart explosively. If the Injury recieved is due to an effect which rots flesh, mutates it or would cause it to rapidly change, this penalty lasts for twice as long, and takes 10 minutes to heal. Effects which anchor a target to reality are not healed by this effect and the healing is a product of accessing the flesh pocket dimension.

Any Injury you receive heals quickly, reducing its Severity by one level each Round. Any Injuries you receive while this Effect is active do not deteriorate over time. However, any Battle Scars caused by such an Injury will remain unless it is Properly Stabilized as normal.

As long as at least half your body remains intact, you cannot die and remain at Incapacitated, regardless of how many Injuries you take. It is clear to observers that you are still alive.

You may Exert your Mind and spend an Action to reduce the Severity of one of your Injuries by 2. Does not affect Injuries suffered as an activation cost for Effects.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Meat Phobia: If you would need to consume meat, you must succeed on a Self-Control roll or vomit.

On weapon usage:
People have guns (even in Canada, they're just quieter about it), but Zephyren legally cannot own one, and traveling with those can be such a pain for those with licenses anyway. He very much prefers a quieter option too. Also, blades are far more versatile (he wants to toss a bunch of vegetables in the air one day and try to slice them all). Never bring a knife to a gun fight? Think again.

On blade proficiency:
Fighting isn't the only thing Zephyren uses blades for. If anything he's rarely had to fight outside contracts; he mostly uses knives in the kitchen, and since he has been cooking from a very young age, there's no surprise that this is what he's the most comfortable with. In any video games, he predominantly uses a knife or sword. Don't ask how he's gotten through Resident Evil; let's just say he had to face a lot of corpses up close.

On bird talons:
Thankfully Zephyren has never been attacked by a bird, but from what he's read, talons can be really sharp. They have to grip onto things after all, even if it means they'd puncture their target.

You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with knives and daggers.

+2 dice to all rolls with knives and daggers. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using knives and daggers.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Falling Crane Strike: If you move and then make a successful attack against a target closer than the full distance you could have moved, you may choose to travel the excess movement in a straight line beyond the target.
  • Finesse: When Attacking a single being, you may limit the Severity of any Injury you inflict or determine a maximum Wound Level, including Incapacitated. You may also choose to make this Injury properly or improperly stabilized, or to keep it unstabilized.
  • Two Swords are better than One: If you are wielding more than one melee weapon, you may Attack with all using the highest Weapon Damage, plus 1 for each additional weapon. If you reserve a weapon, any Clash or Defend roll you make is -1 Difficulty, and mob penalties are ignored. Maximum +5 Damage from bonus weapons.

  • GMs should use their discretion when determining the exact impacts of this Effect, particularly in conjunction with environmental factors.
