"Most people know Offr.com as the home of the gig economy: a website where you can find a buyer for your old couch, and a worker to haul it away. It’s the home of everything from marketplace goods and bespoke commissions to task fulfillment and transportation services. Some whisper about less-than-legal deals being available on a 'dark web' version of Offr.com. The company denies these claims."
Sooner or later, all Contractors receive an invitation to join Offr Red, the secret membership tier. Offr Red members gain access to exclusive high-confidence, anonymous services. They can sell extraordinary items to Offr or put them up for auction for other Offr Red members to bid on. Crafty Contractors rejoice!
On rare occasions, Offr can even make deals to tie up pesky Loose Ends. However, they always demand a special favor in return.

Mrs. Ross has a gift. One that has been built over a good many years. First they started as whispers in her dreamscape, moans that clouded her mind like a fog in the late evening hours. She doesn't quite remember how it happened, the moment was vague. She heard a lamenting echo coming from a body in a casket, a relative whose funeral was still in progress. Though she cannot speak, The Voice in her head certainly can, and she tried to reach out to the whispers like she never could anyone else. To her immense surprise, the they responded, a cavalcade of emotions from the recently deceased.
Mrs. Ross uses the spirit's connection to their loved ones in order to entice them to speak to her, so that their final wishes may be fulfilled. Spirits do not come to her more than once a day, however, as some dark figure in the veil looms near her metaphysical presence...
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within 50 feet. For dead targets, you must possess their the presense of a loved one.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is that her tongue sparks a with dark purple. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
You may only use this Effect once per target per day.
- You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
- Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

While active and speaking to a single individual, you may choose to use glib tongue. When you do, anything you say to them (even gibberish) will be exactly what they want to hear. You gain no understanding of what that might be.
Whenever you encounter a Language you could commune in with this Effect, you immediately understand which language it is, the dialect, region, and other details about it.
Fate Speak
Through the power of Fate, forbidden knowledge is given
The Magician draws from his deck, performing a reading for the target. They gain the capability to commune with and grant foreign knowledge.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. You must actively and obviously use Tarot deck to activate this Effect.
You may understand and communicate to Creatures, humans, and Sapient beings as if you are fluent in a relevant language for the next hour.
This also includes understanding any recorded communications from the relevant targets, including writings, scent trails, etc.
Whenever you encounter a Language you could commune in with this Effect, you immediately understand which language it is, the dialect, region, and other details about it.
While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.
- Communing with creatures does not grant them intellect but does allow you to converse with them.
- The target of "human" refers to any target that speaks a human language.
- When reading written communications, you get no information beyond what the writer was intending to communicate.

Indiscreet Maid's Talisman is an amulet that allows Maggie to understand all spoken and written languages, provided she takes a moment to concentrate on the pendant. The pendant, crafted from rose quartz and sculpted into the shape of a tongue, bears the image of a tower on between the tongue and upper lip. When activated, the amulet grants her the ability to decipher even the most obscure and forgotten tongues, unlocking secrets and hidden meanings. However, the power requires focusβwithout taking a moment to concentrate, the knowledge remains elusive, as if the languages are still shrouded in mystery.

Death Speak
They want to speak, but their mouths are too dry.
The Necromancer spits into the mouth of a recently deceased corpse. For the few minutes, the corpse's head comes back to life and speaks to the Necromancer.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Dead target within arm's reach. Dead targets must have died within the past week, and you must have their remains in your possession.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
- You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
- Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.
