The caster comes to gripes with using the souls of the damnned as fuel for hellflame; before incarnating them as searing-hot fireballs in the shape of suffering souls upon their enemies!
On a -1 Botch; Self-Ignition.
On a -2 Botch, Self-Ignition, anyone within 10 feet will also ignite (Dodge or Defense roll)
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action. Select a target within 300 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). This Effect cannot be used unless it is made as an attack roll; Intellect + Occult. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.
You may start a new fire as large as a Christmas tree fire at your target. You may create fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 5 Damage per Round, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see flames formed out of the burning souls of the denizens of hell; screaming out and consuming that which he casts apon..
Dr. Laz stretches out his hand at a target and a cloud of what seem to be dust motes fly out toward them. Those with microscopic vision can see these nanobots for what they are. When they make contact, they enter through any available opening and begin administering sedatives and blocking nerve signals based on Laz's medical understanding of the target, causing the target to feel drowsy and sluggish eventually falling to a paralyzed state. Alternatively, Laz can order a massive neural assault, which will incapacitate immediately if successful.
Laz's greater understanding and control afforded by his research and his MMI has allowed him to refine delivery to individual guided motes, rather than a crude dart. This allows him to focus everything on shutting down his foes before they can do harm to those around him, as well as freeing him from the mental strain of maintaining the lock. The cost of this lesser concentration is that without the overdosing attempt, targets are effectively dosed with melatonin rather than sedative.
Spend an Action. Select a Living target within 30 feet. Roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target becomes drowsy for the next 30 minutes, during which time they suffer an additional -2 dice Penalty to all Actions. At the end of their drowsiness, they fall into a state of sleep paralysis for Outcome x 3 minutes. During this time, they remain fully conscious and aware of their surroundings but are incapable of taking any actions.
Sleeping targets will not prematurely wake up on their own, but may still be woken up by sudden loud noises, being jarred or splashed with water, taking Damage, or similar rousing events. They will also awaken before dying of hunger, thirst, or suffocation. Drowsy targets always fall asleep, regardless of what happens while they are drowsy.
When activating this Effect you may attempt a knockout. If you do and your Contested Outcome exceeds 4, the target falls asleep immediately. Otherwise, they suffer the drowsy penalty for 2 Rounds.
When an affected target wakes up, they remain drowsy for the next minute, and suffer a -3 dice penalty. If an affected target successfully resists being put to sleep, they will still become drowsy for the next minute, and will suffer the same penalty.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
The zone is a pure white area of just cameras, mics, props and a massive studio set, from the outside, nothing is going on, it looks like a basic Hollywood or high-budget Mr Beast video. If noticed, the ridges of the dome gleam an unnatural domed-out white shape. The user is taking a landscape photo, refilling the camera with camera film as they do so. They also slightly knick their hand in their haste as they begin taking the shot from the camera's glass
They also slightly knick their hand in their haste as they begin taking the shot from the camera's metal seams as he quickly moves the camera around.

You are fully immune to the effects of your zone. The area inside your zone is affected in the following ways:

You may only use this Effect once per day.
Using her innate talent for energy and heat, channeled through specialty designed braces that almost work as explosive spigots, her sheer resolve and hardiness are the only think keeping her legs from blowing to pieces each time she accelerates to her top speed using this ability, as energy explodes from the back of her calf and the balls of her feet.
Spend an Action. Select a Location which is at most 75 feet away horizontally or 15 feet away vertically. You must actively and obviously use IV23 boost bracers to activate this Effect.

You may activate this Effect while in free-fall, as long as your target Location is a surface on which you can land. You are immune to fall damage.
After a brief conversation, Chip's able to become best of friends with anyone-for a while. He can adapt his personal 'persona' and play off of the behaviors and subconscious tells of the target, by the end of the conversation, they'd do anything for each other.
Chip doesn't 'play roles', he lives them, lacking any true sense of self. Most likely, it's DID or something similiar.
Spend one minute to activate. Select a number of Living or Animate targets equal to your Charisma within arm's reach. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, for the next three hours, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by Loyal Friendship. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way. Your own emotions are also shifted in the same way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
Both attacking someone and being attacked will end the Effect.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is A Conversation with the target(s), with a sudden serious attitude. Will mention that they're buddies now, or something similiar.. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.

This alteration lasts three hours but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 6 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
You may sculpt your walls, domes, or tunnels as you create them, without any additional activation time or cost.
Anyone who tries to climb or move across your alterations takes 2 Damage each time they do so. Such alterations are obviously dangerous.

To do so, they require a ceremonial dedication (or often re-dedication) to the service of their god, during which the priest and the patient pray together and perform ritualistic bloodletting. These wounds burn with holy, golden fire, attacking the sinful malady and expelling it from the body.

The message may be intercepted while in transit, and may be overheard, read, or otherwise understood by anyone near either you or the recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
