Working with illusionary magic, Tighe compels any individual to subconsciously ignore the concept of who they specifically are and overlook them as someone in the background, becoming an anonymous entity in a crowd.
You gain the following benefits as long as they are in an environment that their apparel would fit (somewhere where they could be, a random sweater in a secret facility wouldn't work, but wearing a lab coat in a lab would).
You are partially obscured from sight. All attempts to detect you using sight are rolled at a -3 dice penalty, and all attempts to detect you where sight would assist are rolled at -1 penalty.
Entering Combat or being Injured does not cause the Effect to end early. Anyone you attack will immediately notice you; anyone else may re-roll to notice you each time you take a Combat action, at -1 Difficulty per Combat action you have taken. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for 1 day.
This Gift does not affect your clothes or equipment.

OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

Smokers Respite
As the user raises the cigarette up to their mouth and lights it with a match or lighter, the smoke from the cigarette would begin to encase the body of the user. All before it would completely envelope them. Obscuring them from the sight of anyone that looked.
Use up this Cigarette and spend one minute to activate.
You and any clothes or equipment you are wearing are partially obscured from sight for the next 10 minutes. All attempts to detect you using sight are rolled at a -3 dice penalty, and all attempts to detect you where sight would assist are rolled at -1 penalty.
