You move the cross across your body and mutter in a long dead language in a series of prayers that beg forgiveness and ask for protection by the heavens. They are answered as an angel silently descends from the sky to watch over you and intervene in your times of need.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend three Actions performing the following ritual: a series of prayers and incantations. This Effect cannot be used unless you are in an a house of God and it is Sunday. You must actively and obviously use a cross or crucifix to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
Summon a single a white dove that, when attacking, transforms into eyeball that has sprouted 4 grey feathered wings at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 1 minion active at a time.
Minions have 4 Body and can make ranged attacks at targets up to 30 feet away with 5 dice to attack and +1 Damage. Your minions can move 45 feet per Round as Free Movement, and double that when performing an all-out Sprint. They cannot dodge or Defend. They have dog-level intelligence, but are capable of communicating information back to you. Any Perception checks they make are rolled with 8 dice.
Your minions can fly at their normal movement speed.
Your minion is able to stealth with a 8-dice pool.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
Frazier brings the milk to his lips and uses it to knit the damaged ingredients back together, forming organs once more.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. You must use up milk in order to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Investigation at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If your Outcome is greater than the Severity of the Injury you were attempting to treat, you may apply any excess Outcome to other Injuries on yourself.
The jerboa splits, its body growing, shedding, and growing again. It only stops because it wants to. Children cower at the sight of it, grown men weep, woman faint. The Jerboa has hands. God has forsaken us.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into Child Sized Jerboa with Hands for 30 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are Child Sized Jerboa with Hands, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Attributes are the same. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
While transformed, instead of your normal clothes and equipment, you are equipped with: Red Barret, Jerboa AK, Bandolier with extra mags, and a lit Cigar.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see a Child Sized Jerboa with human hands.
If you become Incapacitated or suffer an Injury Severity 4 or greater, you revert from your Alternate form.
The User can walk on walls or ceilings as Gravity is always pulling to their feet. And can walk on water or other sinkable surfaces as if on solid ground, weightless in a sense.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use Air Force One Shoes to activate this Effect.
You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations. Lasts 2 hours.
While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. Roll Dexterity + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a Barrier extending out 15 feet from yourself, which absorbs 2 times the next Outcome + 4 Damage. Only applies to attacks which originated outside the 15 foot radius, and protects anyone who is within that radius. Any Damage absorbed by the barrier is reflected back to the attacker, up to a maximum of the Barrier Strength Parameter’s bonus. Their Armor applies in full. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. This Artifact may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
When the user is holding the knife, he looks like he is just standing still for a second, then suddenly, he disappears and is inches from your throat. Not wanting to be left behind he quickly and quietly slashes the opponents throat and moves onto the next.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.
You phase out of reality for up to 4 Rounds. During this time, you cannot affect the outside world (other than non-combat Actions using your hands, at +2 Difficulty) or take any Actions. You may move as normal while phased out. You may pass through walls and "climb" up and down through solid material at normal climbing speeds. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
When you activate this Effect, you may limit its duration to a period of your choosing. If you are able, you may also end it as a Free Action on your initiative.
You leave A mirage of his body just standing there where he phased out at your location.
The toon shouts a catchphrase, strikes a pose, and then zips away at a high speed, leaving a cloud of dust behind. While moving, they look like a blur.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Lasts 1 minute. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
The magician dons an unusual piece of clothing and immediately shifts their appearance to be completely different! However, they must reveal their true identity before they can cast any more spells.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. You must actively and obviously use a piece of clothing you wouldn't normally wear to activate this Effect.
You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts for two hours, or you may end it early at will.
The new appearance may have a different sex, age, and race to your own, and you may alter height by up to a foot and your weight by 50%. Your disguise cannot directly mimic an existing person. You may change the appearance of your outfit. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.
You may roll Charisma + Crafts to attempt to make your disguise Beautiful. If your Outcome is 6 or higher, non-Effect Charisma rolls where your good looks could help are rolled at -2 Difficulty. If you fail or botch, you are ugly instead, and non-Effect Charisma rolls are made at +2 Difficulty.
This Effect ends if you take an Injury or are stunned or incapacitated.
While disguised, you cannot use any Activated or Targeted Powers.
By focusing, the Thief may shroud their hands in shadowy tendrils that seek nearby objects like static-charged hairs. They cast themselves across any surface the Thief touches, acting as anchors that allow the Thief to scale even the sheerest walls.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations. Lasts 2 hours.
The Vampire may channel their inner beast and take the form of an animal. It is said they may transform into either a wolf or a bat. If used too often, the Vampire risks losing themselves to their beast forever.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma.
You transform into a vampire bat or a wolf until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: A disfigured face with bat-like ears.
The mobster knows a guy they can call for a hired goon, who arrives about a minute later. The goons are dumb as bricks, but tough nonetheless, perfect for sending a message when you need to keep your hands clean.
