Meant to be worn as a technological Armband: he presses onto a button and with a fiery burst of sparks, forged armor-plates forms into some sort of steampunk-fantasy-esque power armor.
Unreliable? I haven't field tested it yet.
Draining? There's a hear and air-circulation issue I'm working on it right now.
Steel Automechanical: (Full-Plate 4 Armor)
Battle-Axe: (Great-Axe)
Expend a point of Battery and spend a Quick Action. Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour.
You transform into the Dwarven Sentinal for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are the Dwarven Sentinal, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Attributes are the same. Your Penalty is reduced by 2.
While transformed, instead of your normal clothes and equipment, you are equipped with: 6 ft Tall Steel Robot with a battle-axe.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
By focusing, the Thief may shroud their hands in shadowy tendrils that seek nearby objects like static-charged hairs. They cast themselves across any surface the Thief touches, acting as anchors that allow the Thief to scale even the sheerest walls.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations. Lasts 2 hours.
Wick is always accompanied by Sif, no matter what happens.
Not even death, nor different worlds, can separate these two.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
Summon the one and only Sapient Hellhound at your location. They last until they are destroyed They are controlled by you. They will attack any Forest Monster targets they encounter immediately and will ignore your commands to do otherwise. You may have at most one minion active at a time.

Kenneth opens his briefcase, taking out a scalpel. He takes a moment to carve into his face, and slice off the outer layer of skin to it - it cleanly comes off, there is no blood, and this is a practiced motion.
Another face simply replaces the empty spot.
The appearance is a vague facsimile to somebody he has killed in the past. These are, regrettably, organically sourced. Each appearance he dons, is a person he himself has killed.
This is not a gift recieved from The Contracts, this is a baseline power. The character himself is some form of changeling - not adhering to any mainline folklore archetype. Consider this power as the character being an attempted body-double, he is the replacement of somebody, and so he takes their identity.
The removed face will, quickly, cease to exist within the span of a few minutes.
Any identity utilized is an identity assumed to have been, at one point, 'replaced', 'misplaced', or blatantly killed. As this character is an amnesiac with a slowly unraveling history, I might admittedly ass-pull a disguise. Important aliases will be listed on the 'stock' page.
Most importantly of all, Kenneth tries to embody the identity he uses. It would be an insult to the deceased if they are simply forgotten about, and their identities paved over. Kenneth, for the most part, does not remember anything about these people, simply supernaturally embodying them.
Spend a minute.
You become disguised in a manner of your choosing. The disguise lasts for two hours, or you may end it early at will.
The new appearance may have a different sex, age, and race to your own, and you may alter height by up to a foot and your weight by 50%. Your disguise cannot directly mimic an existing person. You cannot alter your clothes. A disguise cannot affect your Attributes or other stats.
You may roll Charisma + Crafts to attempt to make your disguise Beautiful. If your Outcome is 6 or higher, non-Effect Charisma rolls where your good looks could help are rolled at -2 Difficulty. If you fail or botch, you are ugly instead, and non-Effect Charisma rolls are made at +2 Difficulty.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Kenneth taking a scalpel to his face, cleanly cutting it off, rolling it up, placing it in the briefcase, having his identity simply change before you, and perfectly blending in like nothing happened.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
This Effect ends if you take an Injury or are stunned or incapacitated.
By flipping to a specific page near the back of his passport, Bill can temporarily phase his physical self into a small pocket realm contained within the passport. He cannot affect the real world while there, but is still able to perceive himself and his consciousness as existing, and may return to the location from which he vanished at any point (he will return automatically after a few minutes, as the pocket realm is unstable and cannot remain structurally sound much longer than that).
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma.

The Necromancer stands over a corpse and makes a series of grandiose lifting gestures. The corpse rises from the ground as though suspended by invisible strings, barks a pained groan, and lands on its feet, now a full-fledged member of the living dead.

Summon up to 3 Non-Sapient, Animate zombie at your location. They last for two hours or until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. You may have at most 3 minions active at a time.

If the Selkie's seal skin is worn close to the body, any contact with salt water will cause them to transform into a seal. While transformed, they have full access to their normal suite of Powers.
This Effect activates whenever you are submerged in salt water. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event.
You transform into small for two hours or until you choose to end the Effect. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you cannot use your Active, Targeted, or Trap Powers. However, you can use your Passive Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
The time-twister presses a button on one of their wristwatches, and, in a flash of orange light, disappears. They have skipped 12 seconds forward in time. To them, the travel is instantaneous, but everyone else must wait until they reappear.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a clock or watch to activate this Effect.
You phase out of reality for 4 Rounds. During this time, you cannot perceive or affect the outside world or take any Actions. You cannot move. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
When you phase out, you may bring up to 1 additional target in arm's reach with you.
