Taking out a syringe, Morgan prepares to extract the lifeblood of his test subject. Injecting the creature is a relatively simple process, as is pulling back the plunger to extract the building blocks of life. Once Morgan injects himself with the creatures blood, the target begins to dissipate, crumbling away to dust. A copy of them has been saved within him, waiting to be freed.
Freeing them involves a reversal of the procedure. Morgan must inject himself with a syringe and extract a fair portion of his own blood, then pour it out into an area large enough to hold the selected creature. From the spilt ichor, the creature is finally birthed anew.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a syringe to activate this Effect.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.

Time is effectively frozen in your Stash. Sapient targets still experience a local passage of time inside the stash, and this does not extend the duration of Effects inside the stash.
Animate targets may Resist being stashed. You must Exert your Mind to stash Sapient targets.

Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -2).
