For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow.

Somm performs an ancient social ritual known as "Gaslighting", by utilizing a set of instruments to herald a haunt as well as combining that with whimsical social performance.
Ghostlight is a reference to Gaslighting, a manipulation tactic in which you socially engineer someone into questioning their own sanity. Ghostlight is also a reference to Greenlighting, a term used by gangs and organized crime groups where you "Give the OK" to jump or kill someone. Ghostlight as an ability, is Somm giving the ok for the victim to be haunted, as well as gaslighting them at the same time into believing that they are.
Exert your Mind and spend at least two Actions performing the following ritual: proclaiming and greenlighting the haunt utilizing bells, vocals, and somatics. to activate. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use Chinese Instruments to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. Roll Charisma Spirituality at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain Ghostlighted - You possess a delusion that you are detrimentally haunted/hunted by ghosts, spirits, and/or similar phantasmal entities. as a Trauma. This trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy as per normal rules. Affected targets are aware that you are interacting with them but they do not view it as an attack or view the resulting Trauma as malicious. If their Trauma is treated, they will be able to see the reality of the situation.

You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Washboard sixpack.
Your Perception rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

Exert your Mind to activate. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You cannot target yourself. Over the course of one Downtime, your patient must communicate with you and reveal at least one of their Traumas to you, including the details of those Traumas and the circumstances of how they were acquired. Bu fang, within the kitchen set by his knife, feels as if he is empowered by the surrounding. Taking this opportunity, he takes out his ingredients and tosses them into the air, with quick movements, he prepares them in moments, faster than possible for the average man. Creating a meal so tantalizing even the undead are fascinated by it, keeping their attention on it, wishing for every second to be prolonged so that they can just enjoy the thought of eating this meal.
Edit: This power has been totally reconfigured. The two-step conditional is weird anyway, & fascinating things that don't eat w/ food is lame. Rather than be a highly leveraged pseudo stun lock, this power NOW serves a much more interesting role & relies on you doing what you do best - making people food.
As a Sabotaged item, it only works when people eat the meal - it can effect as many people as can sit down & eat that meal within 5ft. All of them stay fixated until the meal is complete & are at penalty for ALL your other effects while eating.
Even better, previously created fine meals could be stored for later use, so the 30 second cast time is irrelevant
Exert your Mind and spend 30 seconds to turn a fine meal into a trap. This trap lasts one day or until triggered or disarmed. Roll Charisma + Crafts at Difficulty 6.
The trap looks like a fine meal. Only those who have seen this trap before can identify it as a trap. Anyone who is aware of the trap may intuitively avoid, trigger, or destroy it.
Any Sapient, Living target within within 5 feet that uses the trap as a fine meal will trigger it. All affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
When the trap is triggered, the targets will keep their full attention focused on the trap for contested Outcome in minutes. They will automatically fail any rolls related to noticing anything other than the trap. If they cannot perceive the trap through Smell for three Rounds, the Effect is broken. The Effect ends early if the target is Injured or violence occurs nearby.
This does not affect the target’s opinion of the trap or their mood, and they may take any Actions while affected (including attacking), as long as that action centers on the trap. Fascinated targets cannot Concentrate.
Fascinated targets are at a -2 dice penalty to any rolls they make to resist any other Effects that you attempt to use on them.
Driving rugged vehicles in a combat situation is second nature to the Soldier. They measure their shots and navigate obstacles with a subtle timing that doesn't affect the steadiness of their own or their passengers' weapons. Firing a few shots through the windshield or window while performing dangerous driving maneuvers is also no problem.
You gain the following benefits as long as Must be driving a rugged vehicle such as an SUV truck or armored car. and you are piloting any vehicle.

True to their namesake, the hacker can penetrate the security of any computer system, granting access to its informational stores, or, in a pinch, allowing them to issue commands. The hacked system will display a flickering image of a ghost until it is dismissed.
While hacking, The Technician's fingers move with supernatural speed, blurring like a ghost.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Computer within arm's reach. Does not work on Alien technology. Roll Intellect + Technology, with the Difficulty set by the GM depending on the security of the system you are hacking. Sapient targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you may issue a single command to the targeted system. This command must have a specific outcome or be a request for specific login credentials. The command you issue must be within the machine's current capabilities. For example, you cannot order a standard security camera to grow legs and walk around.
If your command does not require bypassing the security of the target (for example, typing on a computer that is unlocked), you do not need to Exert your Mind to activate this Effect, and activation only takes a single Action.
Your Hack cannot be reversed through mundane means for a number of hours equal to your Outcome.
Every hack you make leaves behind a flickering image of a ghost in the system as a personal "calling card" that informs anyone who uses the system that the hack occurred.
The aquamancer dissolves into a flowing pool of semi-solid water. Anything they were carrying is left behind in a damp pile. While transformed, they may squeeze through tiny gaps, and are extremely resilient against most standard attacks.
Resolidifying is exhausting.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into a flowing pool of water for the next minute. You may end the effect early and return to your normal form at will. Your structure must remain relatively contiguous. Observers will view you as an unusual entity moving with a singular purpose.
While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that is not water-tight.
Injuries from standard attacks are reduced to Severity 1, but Damage from AOE effects is increased by 1.
You cannot communicate or use equipment while transformed. Your equipment does not transform with you beyond basic body coverings. You cannot carry any items while transformed.
You have access to your Powers while transformed.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

The area within 25 feet of you immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of you with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4. If you botched the activation roll, you will also take full Damage from the blast, otherwise it will not hurt you.
You may only use this Effect once per day.
The Thief examines an object closely for a minute to appraise its value. As their eyes dance across the subject, their pupils split vertically, and their irises fade to gold. If it is a particularly valuable item, the Thief may greedily lick their lips, revealing a forked tongue.
Within a minute, they have determined how materially valuable the object is and why.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a target Object within arm's reach. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Culture at Difficulty 6.
You learn all the following information about your target:
You cannot investigate the same target more than once per day.
