Upon selecting her item of choice to repair, Luci procures her notebook and begins sketching out all of the parts required to replace the damaged or missing pieces. Upon completing her drawing, she will pluck the items out of her notebook. The drawing will swirl with an Umbral darkness before eventually taking shape and form as a proper permanent piece to fix or replace damaged or missing parts. The repaired or missing piece will fling toward the object Luci intends to fix- watching as that item flies to its intended spot and sticks itself right where it needs to be.
Perception + Artistry Roll
Spend 10 minutes. Select a Object within arm's reach that is of any size. You may target Alien technology, so long as you have an understanding of its intended function. When repairing Alien targets, you must Exert your Mind. This Effect cannot be used unless the user is within the Hollow Choir. More than half the target object must be present in order to begin repairs. Roll Perception + Crafts at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target is repaired back to a functional state. If you fail, you spend the full time working before realizing you cannot repair the target. If your target only requires fuel or power and is otherwise in working order, this Effect costs no Exertion, and the target is fueled/powered for the next 24 hours.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see an Eidolon of the Umbral variety. The act of meddling with other planes of existence does not come without some undesired side effects. Sometimes, when peering through the veil with the intent to make use of its energies, something stares back and imparts upon the onlooker a warning of disorienting magnitude. Requires an Anguish Roll..
when he looks at someone, his face becomes his weapon, distorting someone’s figure

If you succeed, the target receives a new Battle Scar of your choosing, limited by the contested Outcome:
You may affect up to 3 targets within range.
Mud is slammed into the lock or buzzer, and it opens, the door was technically mud once after all.

Using The Brutal Hammer: a user can sculpt Concrete, out of Concrete, and with Concrete, can make more Concrete: INFINITE CONCRETE PRINTER!
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location within arm's reach. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you become encased in Concrete, yourself, and must be dug out and/or rescued by someone else as this is indefinite and nobody can hear you scream through the concrete as it perfectly encapsulates and 1:1's your dimensions: you cannot move, you cannot scream, you are a living concrete statue (there is also a breathing hole for you). You must be in an area abundant with man-made structures and materials. You must be in an area abundant with Concrete..
Select one of the following alterations to create out of Concrete originating at the target:
The alteration begins to form when you activate this Effect and finishes forming on your initiative in the next Round. Until it finishes forming, it is not guaranteed to function.
This alteration lasts indefinitely but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 18 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their mind and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Trauma: Art-Adverse: "Whenever you encounter something overly artistic or otherwise art-decor: you must make a Self Control roll to not immediately "Brutalize" / "Concretize" it. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Trauma heals over the course of the next day.

Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
The "Reaper" Assault Helmet is the signature piece of the Future Soldier's arsenal. It has a sleek, design and is made of a mysterious matte-metallic alloy. The wearer's face is exposed normally, but when activated, a blue holographic visor flickers to life in front of the eyes. This HUD contains information about the soldier's ammunition and shield status, but more significantly can detect enemy combatants. Anyone nearby who is holding a weapon is painted with a red dot that follows them in real time. This allows the Future Soldier to fire at painted targets in the dark, detect ambushes lurking around corners, and grants an overall tactical advantage.
Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action.
You automatically detect all people wielding weapons within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

While this Effect is active, any Effect that would obscure you or your equipment specifically from other, additional senses fails automatically.
If someone discovers you, this Effect will not help you hide from them for the next minute. This Effect does not end early when you activate an obvious Effect, attack, or receive an Injury.
