You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Star in his right eye.
Your Dexterity rating is increased by 2. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Soft Spot: Starry-Eyed.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Showdown : You must roll Self Control to not honor a fight or duel, or otherwise leave a combat where your enemy ain't dead....
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Perfect Reflexes: You receive +5 dice to all initiative rolls.
- Reactionary: You gain an additional Reaction each Round. You cannot take an Action after taking a Reaction.
- If your Star in his right eye is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months, or until you can recover any relevant missing items (which may involve a side-game and requires a GM to approve whatever process is used).
- Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

The owner of this power will feel their muscle become stronger in certain way as when they try to climb a surface, we will be able to do so without any problem and able to stick on the surface which are not normaly able to be stick on regard for the ordinary rules of gravity.

You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations.
- Spider Climber: You are able to climb on and cling to any surface without regard for the ordinary rules of gravity. You climb at half your normal movespeed.

Billy Blitzen has trained himself relentlessly, night and day, to the point that his body has reached the peak fitness for a sprinter. After repeatedly exceeding his limits and achieving superhuman speed, a brilliant burst of light appeared during a training run, after which a pair of tattoos in the shape of wings could be seen burned into his calves.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Tattoo's of wings along calves.
Your Dexterity rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.
You also gain the following effects:
- Track Star: You may always move at your full Dash speed without any penalty.
- Reminder: to calculate the distance you can dash in one Round of combat, add together Dexterity + Brawn + 1, and multiply that by 5 feet.
- If your Tattoo's of wings along calves is damaged, destroyed, or lost, you lose all benefits from this Effect for the next two months, or until you can recover any relevant missing items (which may involve a side-game and requires a GM to approve whatever process is used).

The augment provided by Dr. Rhea Alister provides Darlin' a deeper connection into Valentine's nervous system and body, this link allows Darlin' to move Valentine at supernatural speeds and dodge harm that even Valentine couldn't anticipate.
When traversing a dangerous area, Darlin' shoots out tentacles to stabilize Valentine when they slip or fall.
