The realization that something is false triggers a certain, reaction in the brain. Upon dispelling an illusion of Leon's through brute force he can force that reaction upon someone in the ensuing explosion of mystic energy. Then, when he has magic and an impulse to jump on he feeds a little more into it and causes it to loop back in on itself, and with Joao Jean's latest and greatest trick the loop goes on and on~. Striking to the core of their mind as the magic tears through their brain turning it into so much silly putty until they become unable to accept the notion of the untrue, their mind going into full defense notion as implausible becomes the incomprehensible and the merest glimpse of the world beyond drives them to madness.
This Effect activates whenever Another person takes an action that would have an illusion of his suffer the equivalent of a severity 2 injury or more. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Choose a location within 300 feet. All Sapient targets within 300 feet within 20 feet of it are affected. You must actively and obviously use A musical instrument to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Performance at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the affected targets takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the affected targets will gain Fear of the supernatural as a Trauma. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see The illusion discorporates into a swarm of hooks that dig into the person and attempts to rip their soul apart.

At first glance, it appears little has changed, other than perhaps lack of sleep.
Her eyes are just a little sunken and dark.
But if you continue rudely staring, something... Feels wrong, especially when she moves.
She looks a little.. a little too normal.
In the well-lit cities? Schools? Restaraunts? Shes a little odd but harmlessly cute.
But somewhere a 11 year shouldn't be?
The piers at night? A foggy cemetery?

Charles stares at the target, slowly, carefully manipulating his telekinesis into a small thread that slowly infiltrates into the targets brain. Using his telekinesis thread to navigate through the brain then slowly intercept the electrical signal, it starts to stimulate the memory portion of the brain then absorbs the electrical signals. Stealing the signal and allowing Charles to read and understand the signal.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living, Animate target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless Telekinesis is activated. You may ask a number of specific questions about their memory equal to your Contested Outcome. For example, “what is their computer password,” “What were they doing at 4:00PM yesterday,” etc. You cannot get answers to broad, analytical questions like “are they a good person?” or “what are their plans for the future?”
Each question you ask and memory you replay takes a single Round to read.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is a stare at the target. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Bill places his corn on the cob in the ground, and from that cob the beast emerges. The corn shakes rapidly, as though it is going to hatch, before it starts to grow wildly. The cob expands to immense size, cracking down the middle to reveal a mouth full of razor sharp teeth. The husk stretches and reshapes itself, forming a shambling mound of legs and wings. Roots rise from the ground and tangle amongst the husk, contributing to the beast's body and limbs. The head is definitively formed by the cob, while the body is a constantly shifting and difficult to discern pile of roots and husk. Entirely, the beast is around the size of a horse, it's colours no different from the corn it was grown from. The beast is capable of launching its cob head at targets 50 feet away from it, the head quickly regrows afterwards (though, any damages done to the head remain even after the head regrows). When the beast is destroyed, it rots into the ground, its body reduced to an inedible black mold.
Bill discovered this gift the morning after his stay at The Vermillion Manor. While harvesting his freshly grown corn, he attempted to hold more than what he could carry, and accidentally dropped a singular ear of corn. He thought nothing of it, until the corn began to jitter on the dirt unnaturally. He backed away in fear, and watched as the once innocuous corn sprouted into a true monster. A monster that listened to his commands. A monster that belonged to him.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must use up A full corn on the cob, with husk intact in order to activate this Effect.

This alteration lasts one minute but may be prematurely destroyed or altered. Your alterations may be broken through with appropriate tools. Anyone attempting to break through must roll Brawn + a relevant Ability. A cumulative Outcome of 6 across all attempts breaks a hole large enough to move through. See the extended system text for GM guidance on various tools.
