Ophir's entire body is a camera, and he has spent much of his life perfecting this tiny supernatural mutation into something that could be an impressive ability. His eyes are the equivalent of high-quality professional cameras, whereas the smaller lenses that he can manifest on his limbs and on the back of his neck are similar low-to-mid range consumer cameras.
Some of the features he has developed include:
- Full professional camera functionality, including the recording of videos with full sound, multi-shot, sport mode, etc.
- Camera flash and flashlight functionality.
- Zoom and adjustable focus with various internal lenses.
- Night vision functionality.
- 3 TB native storage which can be offloaded to computer or hard drive via USB ("plugged in" using his mouth).
- Internal photo review (though this disables his vision and hearing while in review mode), and external review via USB.
Ophir was born with a rather strange ability, even among the rare few in the world whose lineage gave them minor supernatural powers. Even as a baby, his light brown irises looked oddly mechanical... and his pupils would dilate and contract with quiet clicks. Neither of his parents understood where this odd mutation came from, but they loved him and raised him the same as his brothers and sister.
Even before he was able to speak, Ophir's memory was unmatched by his peers. It wasn't until he was in elementary school that his parents realized that he might be more than what meets the eye. Photos started showing up on the family computer that could've never been taken with a normal camera... with strange and unexpected angles at times when no technology had been around.
He was bitten by the photojournalism bug after joining the A/V club at his High School and starting to better understand camera technology and technique and how it could be used to show the world to those who need to see it. Once he understood the capabilities of mundane cameras... he knew exactly what he would need to do to his own underdeveloped "body cam".
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: camera aperture irises. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living being when targeted..
Your body provides you with the functionality of Photography Supplies. If used to attack, these "tools" use the same stats as a small knife.
Nick smash
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a Non-Sapient Object within arm's reach no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Roll Brawn + Brawl Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the target will be damaged, but not destroyed, and it may be repaired. Any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
When activating this Effect, you may spend an extra minute and maintain Concentration. If you do, it has no Exertion cost, and you may destroy an object which has up to 3x larger dimensions, or up to 27x larger volume than the normal maximum size.
The wire around Pol's wrist glows with a neon blue light. Pols hand disintegrates and from the stump a small portal emerges and from it flys a spray of blood that hangs in the air briefly defying gravity. The bloody spray is mixed with tiny nanomachines that coagulate it into individual cubes which quickly start to merge together into a rough voxel representation of the item before solidifying together. Once whole a quake travels through the voxels and they fall to the ground in a wet deluge soaking the area underneath. From inside of the voxel shape stands the item that was previously digitized now reassembled.
When something is initially digitized into the stash the same process with the hand happens but a laser shoots out and segments the target into the digitized cubes, leaving bloody rivulets where each cube is cut. Once the target has been segmented a large tendril of nanomachines shoots from Pol's wrist stump and start vacuuming up the cubes one by one.
Spend an Action.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.
You may store Objects in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside an SUV (4,000 liters), and you may store up to 7 things at a time.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Wrist digitizing.
Runa wills into existence a ball of electrical energy floating around her or in her hand or the tip of her tail. Electrical energy arcs over her body while she does this.
Electricity flows over me and around me It is mine to use as I please.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location no further than 40 feet from you and in your line of sight. The area within 25 feet of the chosen Location immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 25 feet of the chosen Location with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: second fox tail social rolls are +1 difficulty.
At some point—somewhere between all the nights she spent curled next to Bapha's twitching tail and the mornings spent cleaning blood off her shoes—Vita started hearing the way monsters think. Not words, exactly, but wants. She doesn’t bark commands. She echoes them, speaks them in the secret tongue stitched into fur and scale. It was never a spell. It's just that the beasts listen now. And worse, they obey.
Bapha hasn’t noticed. Or maybe he has, and he’s pretending not to.
When Vita activates this effect, the creature’s body convulses—like it’s being yanked on invisible wires. Its limbs twitch violently. It tries to resist, but there’s no fight in its eyes anymore—just a blank glaze and eerie stillness. The world around her goes muffled, like someone turned down the volume of everything except the sound of wet breathing and bone creak. People watching know something unspeakable just happened. They can’t say what. But they know.
This isn’t training. It’s contamination. The longer Vita spends tethered to Bapha, the more the line between her and the creatures blurs. This Gift didn’t come from study or practice—it seeped in like mold in forgotten places. Now when she looks at a beast, it knows her. Not as prey, not as predator—something worse: kin.
And she doesn’t even realize it’s happening.
Every command is a breach. Every flick of her fingers etches new cracks in the divide between mortal will and feral instinct. One day, she might give a command she doesn’t mean to. And something ancient might answer back.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Non-Alien Creature within 20 feet.
For the next day, you may issue specific commands to your target which they will be compelled to follow.
Your commands can be complex and multi-layered, though they must still be specific. You cannot make them obviously endanger themselves or violate their instinct for self-preservation. The effects of the command will fade after a day has passed.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see the creatures, body spasms as if it’s fighting for its life before it ultimately loses, said fight and its eyes glaze over anyone who witnesses has a sense that I have done something horrible to said creature and Is immediately off put by me.
A panicked look in the eyes, a desperate looking around, an empty sense of terror where fear is not found.
Even in the most safest scenarios, A desperate sense of urgency is always applied.
As if being held at gunpoint to simply stay standing and fight, or to even get up. While the events may be harrowing, this is clearly something much deeper.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Dexterity rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Dexterity (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).
You also gain the following effects:
The Soldier has spent a healthy ten thousand hours training with the weapons of their military. They are deadly when wielding any firearm made in their home country. Drawing their standard issue at the start of a confrontation is pure reflex, and they may plan their shots to deal collateral damage to those behind their target.
You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with firearms made in your home country.
+2 dice to all firearms made in your home country rolls.

The mystic can meld their aura with another, allowing them to superimpose their being, physical and mental, into a target. Observers witness the mystic fading and entering their target's body as wisps of smoke, leaving no trace of their own body behind.
While inside, they can control their target's actions. Affected targets have no memory of the experience.
Increase your sacrificial Injury's Severity by 1 and spend an Action. Select a Living or Sapient target within arm's reach. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you possess your target for the Contested Outcome in minutes. The target has no control over their body or actions, and they are functionally unconscious through the entire possession, retaining no memory other than any Traumas they might obtain.
You do not leave your original body behind when you possess a target. When a possession ends, your original body will reappear at the host body’s same location. You may spend an Action to end the possession early.
Stats: During the possession, you use the host body’s Body rating, but your own Mind rating. Any rolls you make use the host body’s Brawn, Dexterity, and Perception but your own Charisma, Intellect, and Abilities. You gain the effects of any physical Assets and Liabilities they have. You cannot read the target’s mind or memories.
Gifts: You have access to and can use any of your own Powers which are intrinsic to your biology or physical body. You cannot access any Powers or other supernatural effects which the target has, unless they are intrinsic to the target’s biology or physical body.
Death: If the host body is killed or destroyed while you are still possessing it, you will die along with it.
Eviction: If you attempt to force your host to take actions which would violate one of their Limits or their instinct for self-preservation, they may resist by rolling Mind. If their Outcome is higher than or equal to the contested Outcome, the possession ends and you are evicted from their body.
If you do not have a sacrificial Injury when you activate this Effect, take a new Severity-1 Injury.
It's true the mad scientist is one of the greatest minds of our generation, that they can solve any puzzle or riddle. However, no one wants to spend time with them.

Through the use of clever rhetoric, the spy is able to inspire a surge of emotion in a target with whom they are speaking.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. This Effect cannot be used unless you are engaged in conversation with the target. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6 -3 dice.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
