The eye of the locket shimmers as this effect is employed, & ghosts, either through whispers or fleeting glimpses, will direct the wielder to find those on the thresh hold of death or beyond it; just the same, the artifact alerts those detected that there is someone here who can help them...
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You automatically detect all ghosts and creatures with unstabilized wounds within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
Even while this Effect is not active, if any ghosts or creatures with unstabilized wounds come within 300 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.
All ghosts and creatures with unstabilized wounds who you can sense are equally able to sense you.
When the user opens the wallet, it opens up completely devoid of space and everything else that a wallet would usually have. The flesh and guts of the wallet are just non-existent. But when you spread it open, the nothingness of the wallet sucks you in and anything the user wants in.

You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within 30 feet of you to your stash. Their body bubbles and swells much faster and more violently than when changing form, but instead of subsiding seems to consciously move away from any form altogether. It looks as though tension in the shape is being released as it drops to the floor in a goopy mess resembling the consistency of pancake batter, with the color resembling a more flushed version of whatever skin color the previous form had. It's never clear whether The Flesh is pushing itself or pulling itself or both at once, the only thing that is clear is it ripples with energy, slightly steaming at room temperature.
Reforming reveals The Flesh for what it is, not a state of released tension, but a taut state of forced formlessness. The original form is visibly exhausted and must rest to recuperate from the intense focus.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into The Flesh for the next minute. You may end the effect early and return to your normal form at will. Your structure must remain relatively contiguous. Observers will view you as an unusual entity moving with a singular purpose.
While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that is not water-tight.
Damage from standard attacks is halved, but Damage from AOE effects is increased by 1. You may spend an Action to reduce one of your Injuries’ Severity by 2, as long as you obtained the Injury while transformed and the separated pieces could reasonably be rejoined.
You cannot communicate, use equipment, or use Gifts while transformed. Your equipment does not transform with you beyond basic body coverings. Carrying capacity is unaffected.
While transformed, you can make an unarmed attack using Body as your attack roll. The target may contest by dodging or Defending. This attack deals +2 damage.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see the flesh bloating and just... more bloating..

Your senses are enhanced in the following way. Lasts for three hours.
When the user activates this power the shadow of the item they are holding gets absorbed into their own as the item seemingly vanishes into darkness. When grabbing an object from the stash the shadow of the item exits their own and materializes in the user's hand. If the user doesn't replace an item they took their shadow starts deforming as it can't keep it's consistency due to the lack of matter.
Spend a Quick Action.

Lasts 1 minute. Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).
While using this Effect, you may carry one other being without affecting your Encumbrance, so long as you maintain contact with them for the duration and they consent or are grappled.
The vampire sucks a copious amount of blood from a human and replenishes their own cursed flesh.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. This Effect cannot be used unless you drink blood directly from a human until it injures them. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Brawn + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If your Outcome is greater than the Severity of the Injury you were attempting to treat, you may apply any excess Outcome to other Injuries on yourself.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see you drink blood directly from the vein.
The Necromancer temporarily assumes the form of their own corpse, complete with maggots, spilled entrails, and exposed bone. They cannot move while transformed, but their empty eye sockets see as well as ever.
