- Hearing: You are capable of perceiving physical shapes via sound. You must produce a tapping foot on ground to “ping” with your echolocation each Round you wish to use it.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
Any senses which have been heightened cannot be overloaded. Battle Scars you receive cannot affect these senses.
- Examples of overloading a sense include: an explosion causing temporary deafness, a bright light causing blindness, a sedative causing numbness, etc.

Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

- Touch: You can identify any material with a touch and immediately find what you are looking for when rummaging, assuming it is actually present. You may withdraw items from your bags with a Quick Action instead of an Action.
Anyone who touches this Artifact will notice it warping their body and may drop it. If they choose to hold or use it, they immediately receive the following Battle Scar: Insomnia: Make a self control roll at the start of the contract and whenever you have a full nights rest. if you fail you don’t sleep and take one mind damage.. If they lose possession of this Artifact, the Battle Scar heals over the course of the next day.
- When you are within 50 feet of range, your electroreception sense is sufficient for aiming.
- “Rummaging" means digging through trash, finding a needle in a haystack, etc.

The beastmaster closes their eyes and channels nature's bloody struggle for survival. When their eyes reopen, they catch the light and glow red like a dog's. While in this heightened state, they may sense heat signatures and triangulate the tiniest sound.
