Jeremy has always feared someone interfering with his mind his answer to that is simple. He worked with the entity within his eye to create a simple code that Jeremy utilizes to run all his thoughts through one speeding up his thought process as well as crating a mental firewall.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
You get +0 dice to any Mind resistance rolls you make. You also gain the following effects:
- Been There, Done That: If you succeed a Mind resistance roll, subsequent attempts to use that same Gift or supernatural ability on you for the next day will fail.
- Instant Karma: If you successfully resist an Effect with your Mind, you may reflect it back to another target as though you had cast it.
- Naturally Resistant: Any time you make a Mind resistance roll, the individual who you are resisting must Exert their Mind, or your resistance succeeds automatically.
- Reveal Yourself To Me: If you succeed on a Mind resistance roll, you understand who was targeting you and what the intended effect was.
- When reflecting an Effect, its Activation Outcome is equal to your resistance Outcome. If you reflect it back at the target who cast it originally, they do not receive a resistance roll.
- These bonuses apply only to Mind rolls made to resist Effects and other supernatural phenomena. They do not apply to Trauma rolls or self-control rolls.

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

You gain the following benefits as long as your Stop When I'm Dead power is activated.
You get +2 dice to any Mind resistance rolls you make. You also gain the following effects:

- Compartmentalizing: You can take a maximum of 1 Mind Damage per Round.

- If you have an Effect that allows you to Exert your Mind more than once per Round, each Exertion still causes one Mind Damage.

It's on a need to know basis, and you don't need to know.
There really is no outward effect. Anyone who attempts to push past this mind shield and fails feels a sense of embarrassment for poking into a coworker's personal business.

A bracelet of sleek and minimalistic design crafted from natural materials: the designs for the construction were given by the Elders in Norman's dream, although the construction itself was left by jewelry and leather workers of New York City, with the posterior blood consecration made by Norman. The design, according to those who walked the path and survived enough to cross to the other side, is a shackle, a leash: and it serves to remind the beast that there are consequences for desobedience.

Long has one of the highest CRV scores recorded by foundation staff, able to ignore or resist many mind affecting SCPs.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You get +8 dice to any Mind resistance rolls you make. You also gain the following effects:
- Compartmentalizing: You can take a maximum of 1 Mind Damage per Round.
- The Difficulty of any Mind defense roll cannot exceed the Difficulty of the activation.
- Force of Will: You may Exert your Mind to increase the Outcome of a Mind resistance roll by 2.
- Lightning Rod: You may spend a Reaction to make yourself the target of any Mental or Influence Effect you are aware of, so long as it is directed at a target within 30 feet of you.
- Naturally Resistant: Any time you make a Mind resistance roll, the individual who you are resisting must Exert their Mind, or your resistance succeeds automatically.
- Resilient mind: Stress doesn’t apply to any mind rolls you make.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Lack of Imagination: Beneficial anomalous abilities have +1 Difficulty on rolls to affect you..

Less side effects than Musk's, guaranteed!
When wearing the artifact, it connects through the base of your skull and glows slightly there when activating its defenses.
A small disc plugs into the brain stem of the user, similar in appearance (when plugged in) to a "data-jack" type device. It allows anything with the correct kind of plug (Anything Ware has created, or modified to work with it after the fact) to monitor brain activity, and upon removal seals up the area with anesthetic and surgical glue.

- Clash Of Wills: If you fail to fully resist an Effect, your Outcome is considered to be 0.
