It looks like a phone but when pointed and activated in the right direction, it will manipulate the individual neurons and hormones to influence an individual to do tasks. This is a partially failed attempted at mind control and mind reading however it still has useful effects.
Exert your Mind and spend at least one Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. Your target may be actively engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Alertness at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to their best understanding of the letter and spirit of the command until they have completed it or for your Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action and a conditional request. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
A splitting headache, and Archie’s eyes and the veins under them glow like the lights of whatever location he’s viewing, usually fluorescent white (but sometimes neon bisexual).
Really, Archie can’t stand not knowing what’s going on. His interns and employees always suspected Archie could tell what was going on without him there, but now he doesn’t need to check security cameras…
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.
You may perceive things within 75 feet of you as though there were no walls or obstacles blocking your view for the next five minutes.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is Archie presses his hands to his eyes. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Any Perception rolls made through obstacles are rolled at +1 Difficulty.
Nickolai uses all of his might to smash his fists together, with enough force to send a shock wave traveling throughout his entire body, hurting him in the process.
As his monstrous metallic arms make contact with one another, a cacophonous screech of metal fills the room, followed by a mighty roar coming from Nickolai himself, the roar is that of an furious bear. NIckolai puts all of his willpower into that singular roar, as his vision goes red and he gets filled with rage fueled by, in no small amount the pain coursing through his body.
Following the first roar, another one resounds as if in response, directly behind the target of Nickolai's ire, as a giant semi transparent brown bear comes out of thin air, restraining the target.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 20 feet. Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour. Roll Brawn + Animals at Difficulty 6. The target] may contest by Defending or Dodging.
If you succeed, your target will be restricted at their location by a physical, tangible binding. They cannot move to a new location, and any physical actions they take suffer a dice penalty equal to twice the contested Outcome from the Effect activation, except attempts to escape or break the binding, which only suffer half this penalty.
The binding around a target must be destroyed in order for them to break free. Breaking the binding requires a total amount of damage equal to twice the contested Outcome from the Effect activation. Damage from multiple attacks is cumulative and stacks linearly.
Is it coincidence or is it 'fate?' Or is it something sinister? The subject and the castor will 'coincidentally' learn how they could mutually benefit each other during a 'chance' meeting if they get within 20 feet of each other.
Sometimes it isn't what you know, it's who you know. The user of this power is able to track the targets of this power by mentally concentrating, and the target's location appears in their mind's eye like a quest tracker in a video game.

Upgraded weapons count as any material your opponent might be particularly vulnerable to. Upgraded Armor cannot be circumvented by called shots. Upgraded Devices do not run out of fuel or energy.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Nanomachines peel of the skin of Berndts arm. The skin engulfs the item and after the process is done crawls back on the arm in a disgusting fashion..
While Mikey wears his driving gloves his force of chutzpah gives enough power for even the heftiest of devices.

If you succeed, your target is repaired back to a functional state. If you fail, you spend the full time working before realizing you cannot repair the target. If your target only requires fuel or power and is otherwise in working order, this Effect costs no Exertion, and the target is fueled/powered for the next 24 hours.
This Effect ends if you are stunned, fall asleep, go unconscious, are incapacitated, die, or if your total Penalty ever exceeds 5.

You do not leave your original body behind when you possess a target. When a possession ends, your original body will reappear at the host body’s same location. You may spend an Action to end the possession early.
Stats: During the possession, you use the host body’s Body rating, but your own Mind rating. Any rolls you make use the host body’s Brawn, Dexterity, and Perception but your own Charisma, Intellect, and Abilities. You gain the effects of any physical Assets and Liabilities they have. You cannot read the target’s mind or memories.

Death: If the host suffers an Injury, or is destroyed or incapacitated, you are evicted back into your own body. If the possession ends and your original body was killed or destroyed, you will die.
Eviction: You cannot force your host to take Actions which would violate their instinct for self-preservation (which includes engaging in Combat for any purpose other than self-defense or natural hunting); any attempt to do so will sever the connection and send you back into your own body. If you are forced out of the target's body prematurely, you must make a Trauma roll.
Targets with Body ratings higher than 10 require a Charisma + Animals roll resisted by the target’s Body. Kaiju and environment-scale targets are immune.
This Gift cannot have more than 3 Drawbacks, and its Gift Cost is capped at 2.
