Description

Tori downs a vial like a shot. Cnidocytes, jellyfish stinger cells, go down her throat and she exerts her mind to have them digest quickly and come out through her skin like a nudibranch. Plus 3 damage, armor is half effective.

System

Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, choose a target within Arm's Reach, and roll Dexterity + Science Difficulty 6. The target may defend by rolling Brawn + Survival, Difficulty 6.

Damage dealt equals the difference between your attack roll's Outcome and the defensive roll's (if one was made), plus 3.The target's Armor is Reduced to 1/2, rounded up.

Enhancements

  • Cantrip (Activating this Effect has no Exertion cost, but it can have no more than 3 Drawbacks and its Gift Cost can never be increased above 2.)

Drawbacks

  • Fuel (Using this Effect consumes some material good in addition to its other costs.)
    • Fuel Unit - Small vials of a strange liquid- seawater mixed with jellyfish stinger cells
