Embodying his spiritual nature completely he transforms his body into a swirling mass of wind and dust lightly shaped in the form of a sable.
---------------------
Ricter transforms his body into nothing more than the very air around him, yet there is a clear indication that his form is unnatural, showing an outline resembling a sable made of swirling air. He can manipulate his size, allowing him to shrink or grow to as large as a human child or as small as a rodent while keeping aspects of his powers like his ability to fly, attack using wind, and have Kazarisu defend him. His companion will simply ride on the wind that is his new form, or stay close enough to work with him.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
You transform into a swirling mass of air and dust for the next hour. You may end the effect early and return to your normal form at will. Your structure must remain relatively contiguous. Observers will view you as an unusual entity moving with a singular purpose.
While in this form, you can squeeze through any gap that a rodent could fit through.
Damage from standard attacks is halved, but Damage from AOE effects is increased by 1.
You cannot communicate or use equipment while transformed. Your equipment does not transform with you beyond basic body coverings. You cannot carry any items while transformed.
You have access to your Powers while transformed.

Jimson Shivers' transformation has begun. The element of cold that he seeks to channel is pushing itself to the surface. His palms are cold to the touch. It is a cold he knows he can spread. If he so desires, he can. The skin on his hand peels back. Slowly. Intentionally. Sensing his desire to help. Whatever he touches next, the Ice on his hands almost infects it. Causing massive crystalline growth all over it. Beautiful blue Ice shapes itself around whatever he makes contact with, turning it into a sculpted, beautiful version of itself. The ice totally encapsulates whatever he touches, leaving no surface on the item left unmarred.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend a minute. Select a non-Alien Device within arm's reach. Can be used on Armor.
Lasts the next two hours. Your target receives 2 extra dice to all actions taken for its intended use. Attacking with an upgraded weapon grants +2 Weapon Damage instead of additional dice. While it is upgraded, the item cannot be destroyed. Upgraded Armor is shredded by half the normal amount. If it is a piece of Armor, it instead receives half that amount as bonus armor rating, rounded up. If an upgraded shield and armor are both worn, the upgrade bonus does not stack with itself.
Upgraded weapons count as any material your opponent might be particularly vulnerable to. Upgraded Armor cannot be circumvented by called shots. Upgraded Devices do not run out of fuel or energy.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see As Jimson places his hands on the object he wishes to Imbue, the skin on his palms slowly peels peels back, revealing that beneath his skin, there is nothing but ice.
Akira can place his hand on the ground, proceeds to breathe in and out once, and “feel” the earth by pressing his hand into the grass. Feeling into the roots and closing his eyes, he could feel the energy and aura of every living being within a 100 feet radius. Even if said beings left in that area a long time ago. Anyone that’s near Akira can can feel a warm, calming glow of energy around him.

If, while you are unconscious, your wound level rises above your rating in Body + Charisma, or if you take an Injury with Severity greater than your rating in Charisma, you die. After you return, the Injury that would have killed you, as well as any Injuries sustained while Incapacitated, are healed. Battle scars obtained during this time remain.
The Thief casts a container's worth of fine powder into the air. The particulates are drawn to any sort of object that is designed to detect people, including tripwires, security cameras, detection lasers, heat sensors, etc. The powder will not trigger these devices or interfere with their operation, but it does reveal their presence to the Thief.

Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -1).

The mobster presents a reasoned, logical case to the target: there's a lot of dangerous folks out there, and only they can offer safety... for a price.
If they agree, they will pay the mobster a monthly fee for protection. If they stop making their payments... well, let's just say, the mobster can't be held responsible for any unsavory types that might pay them a visit.
This Effect cannot be used unless you are making a deal to exchange money for protection.

Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The target cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the target, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
