Ringo's E.G.O has a bloody flesh appearance, it has a flesh cape that has teeth on its edges, he now has a black suit with masks on some parts of it, the arms are fleshy and the left arm is significantly enlarged and has a mouth on it, his feet are fanged. The right side of the suit is covered in bloody lines resembling blood vessels, there is a mask growing on the left shoulder, a mouth on the right side of his chest, and several spikes growing on the left arm.

In this form, you wear a dark purple hooded cloak, black cropped turtleneck, and dark purple miniskirt with safety shorts. Your midriff would be exposed if not for the layer of mesh that covers it. The skirt's waist is accented by a lavender belt with leather sheathes on both sides of the waist. The outfit's finished with a pair of black ankle boots, tightly laced. The soul crystal appears in the form of a pair of daggers during the duration of this transformation.

While transformed, instead of your normal clothes and equipment, you are equipped with: your magical girl outfit and a pair of daggers, your soul crystal is imbedded in the right's hilt.
The Rider takes out a card from their person and yells out "HENSHIN!" As they insert the card into the slot of the Rider Belt, afterwards by adopting multiple exaggerated poses each limb of the Rider is covered by armor and accessories, once the Rider is entirely covered in armor they recite their tagline and do one final pose and their transformation is finished.
The Rider armor enhances the the user's Physical Attributes and gives them access to the rest of the Rider Gear.

The werewolf unleashes their inner beast, transforming into an imposing hybrid of human and wolf. Their head reforms into that of a wolf, robbing them of speech but bestowing a maw of deadly fangs. Grey fur sprouts from their body as it swells with muscle, ripping any tight-fitting clothes. While transformed, the werewolf is impulsive and driven more by instinct than logic.
