Billy's flesh hardens to the point of resisting gunfire, a carryover from his days in the Old West.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You have 6 Armor, which only reduces damage taken from gunshots and bullets. Any armor piercing effects from gunshots and bullets are ignored. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
Ion is becoming more and more a shell around the energy in her core. When Ion Is hurt, instead of striking her true flesh, the cut digs into the shell of flesh around her form. This releases a small burst of energy which strikes out at the one who hit her.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You have 3 Armor, which reduces incoming Damage. Armor from multiple sources does not stack. This Armor cannot be circumvented with Called Shots.
When you take Damage from a source which is within 5 feet, deal back as much Damage as your Armor prevented.
Cleaning implement in hand, Birch moves their tool as if cleaning their target. As they do so, the physical wound does not close up immediately, but the target's perspective shifts. As Birch “cleans” the negative energy out of the wound, target’s pain fades, bleeding and further injury halts to a stop. The wound is healed, but the physical mark in the body will take longer to close up.
Roll Perception + Cleaning secondary
Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use cleaning implement (e.g. mop, duster, etc.) to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Perception + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
With years of refining and at first no clue on gator wrangling he has resorted to his hands in his beginning of his occupation, having transcended the boundaries of regular hand to hand combat as he realizes that he has these skills as he has been using his guns more often than his hands, wearing his ole Alligator Leather gloves as at first glance it may look like he has scales and sharp alligator claws on his hands but then focusing on in, they do look like just gloves with your regular alligator skin, odd.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in unarmed combat. You must actively and obviously be using Alligator Leather Gloves to gain the benefits of this Effect.
Your unarmed attacks deal +2 Bonus Damage (instead of -2). The target's Armor is reduced to 1/2, rounded up against this damage.
You also gain the following effects:
Yuri's flesh can burst from their lower back, like tails or long extensions from their spine: skinless limbs, with teeth, horns, mouths and tongues growing out of it; Yuri's extra appendages almost dance to the sounds of screams and groans of pain that may come from it, and it's yearning to hold onto it's victims to crush their souls from their body.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You gain 2 additional limbs that function as standard human arms and hands.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Each additional appendage you have gives you +1 dice to make and resist Grapples (up to a maximum bonus of +4 dice).
Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
You may dedicate your extra Quick Action to contest any attempt to escape your Grapples. If you do so, you roll your full dice pool to contest and retain your Action to do anything that does not target the subject of your Grapple.
You may turn this Effect on and off at will during its duration.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Pact Tactics: Yuri has to roll a self-control whenever someone Rolls a trauma of their own, in order not to defend them: it being short-fuse, vengeful, anti-social, uncontrollable anger, would be flavoured as sharing the same sentimentality. Only procs if Yuri witnessed the offense first hand..
You cannot be mistaken for a normal human. You cannot always use standard human clothes, equipment, vehicles, and facilities, and when you can, you suffer an increased Difficulty.
Your Extra Appendage is incapable of fine object manipulation.
Minerva sheds her previous form completely, adopting a new base form. Her new form isn't quite flesh and blood, though. It only behaves that way because she believes it should. Her body is made of thought and will and materials from the Dreamlands.
The young girl is now an anthropomorphic kitsune, with bright golden eyes and brightly coloured fur. She has a bushy tail which she has only just barely learned to keep out from underfoot. Her entire form is a little bit brighter and more intense than it should be, as though the brightness and contrast sliders were both turned up by twenty percent.
Her blood is a vibrant scarlet, brighter than it should be. But shortly after leaving her body it turns to a metallic quicksilver, boiling and bubbling. The blood itself feels angry, thrilling with rage.
She still remembers her old form, with mixed feelings. She can turn back into it, but it's not right. Not anymore. When she returns to her base form, that's not it anymore.
Minerva's form is made of will more than anything else - and she can choose how it is effected. Expressions of energy, heat and cold, have little effect on her if she chooses not to let them. And being made from will, it suffuses her entire body. She isn't stored in the brain any more than she is stored in the foot - She doesn't have a soul, she is a soul. She has a body.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You are permanently and visibly transformed: A kitsune. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living being when targeted..
You are immune to damage from cold. If cold is a substantial component of other damage you would take (e.g. falling from a great distance into a vat of liquid nitrogen), that damage is reduced by 2 (in addition to Armor)
You are immune to damage from heat and flames. If heat is a substantial component of other damage you would take (e.g. slashed with a flaming sword), that damage is reduced by 2 (in addition to Armor)
You cannot be mistaken for a normal human. You cannot always use standard human clothes, equipment, vehicles, and facilities, and when you can, you suffer an increased Difficulty.

The Vampire may channel their inner beast and take the form of an animal. It is said they may transform into either a wolf or a bat. If used too often, the Vampire risks losing themselves to their beast forever.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma.
You transform into a vampire bat or a wolf until you transform into something else or choose to return to your original form. See the Extended System text for stats.
While transformed, you cannot use any equipment (including Artifacts and Consumables), and you do not have access to any of your Powers. Any equipment you are wearing transforms with you.
Injuries and Wound Level are carried over between forms. However, transforming can never kill you; you merely remain Incapacitated until your Injuries are sufficiently healed.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: A disfigured face with bat-like ears.
The werewolf unleashes their inner beast, transforming into an imposing hybrid of human and wolf. Their head reforms into that of a wolf, robbing them of speech but bestowing a maw of deadly fangs. Grey fur sprouts from their body as it swells with muscle, ripping any tight-fitting clothes. While transformed, the werewolf is impulsive and driven more by instinct than logic.
If The Werewolf is struck my moonlight, they are compelled to transform.
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action.
You transform into a werewolf for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a werewolf, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Instead, you remain Incapacitated.
While transformed, your Brawn is increased by 2 and your Dexterity is increased by 2. You do not suffer any Stress while transformed.
Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -1).
Your alternate form renders you unable to speak any human language and incapable of fine object manipulation. You can only hold or grasp objects in a crude, clumsy way.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
While transformed, you automatically fail any Mind roll to resist an impulse and suffer -3 dice on all other Mind rolls.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Whenever you are struck by the light of a full or gibbous moon, you must roll Self-Control to resist transforming. Triggers a max of once per night.
This witch is a cruel and vengeful creature who works her vile arts against those she deems worthy of punishment. All she must do is point. A flash of green lightning strikes her victim and disappears. Immediately, or upon the completion of some condition, if the witch chooses, the victim's body warps and shifts into a gross mockery of its former self. Whether she's giving someone the head of a donkey or stealing their voice, the witch's enemies always get what is coming to them.
The sheer wickedness of this spell corrupts the witch, giving her a disgusting, witchy appearance.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and Spend an Action. Select a Living target within 45 feet. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target may roll Body, -2 dice at Difficulty 7, as a Free Action to resist.
If you succeed, the target receives a new Battle Scar of your choosing, limited by the contested Outcome:
When you activate this Effect, instead of occurring immediately, you may choose to delay its effects until the target takes a particular Action. For example: "when they fire a gun" or "when they swim in deep water."
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Witchy Appearance. You have a long, warty nose and chin, wrinkled skin, and a hunch back. Social rolls are at +2 Difficulty, and your free movement is reduced by 10 feet.
Your alteration "heals" over the course of the next month, after which it is fully cured.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Compulsion for payback. You must roll Self-Control to avoid using this Gift on anyone who wrongs you in a major way.
As a free creature, The Fairy cannot withstand being caged or imprisioned in any way. Luckily, they possess a glamour that allows them to unlock any lock binding them with a wink of their eye. The lock falls open with a sparkle of light and a sound like a ringing bell.
Spend an Action. Select a Non-Alien door, container, knot, or lock within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless the targeted lock or door is being used to restrain or imprison you.
You may lock, unlock, and/or open your target.
