Once the deal is made and both parties shake hands, afterwards both parties will have a black dot in the palm of their hand until the deal is broken.
You may make an oath with any number of physically-present, Sapient targets. Communicate the oath's terms to the targets, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must Shake hands to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The targets cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the targets, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
All oaths you create last 12 hours maximum
Minerva clears her mind and then she asserts her will over the world. And the world changes, the universe misled into believing her lies were real.
Minerva's powers begin to manifest fully with this. Almost subconsciously, the young girl can change the world around her. Occasionally small things change without her thinking about it. But when she focuses... she convinces the universe her playthings are real, and it accepts this, with reservations.
If they are treated roughly, however - damaged or stressed at all, by anyone - the universe remembers, and such illusions evaporate into smoke.
Minerva deals poorly with pain or stress, having lived a pampered life and having little experience to see her though them. Physical pain at all keeps bringing her mind back to that, and she's unable to assert her will properly. Stress does the same - as soon as she's distracted, she's unable to focus, unable to make her will come forth as easily as it normally does.
Finally...under the surface, in the depths of her mind, lurk darker thoughts. Her practice with altering the world comes into full manifestation when she panics and loses her composure, her fears seeping in.
Exert your Mind (unless you have no body damage and your mind damage is agitated or better) and spend an Action. Select a target within 45 feet. Choose an illusion to generate, which can be no larger than a person.
The chosen illusion is generated at your target, and it will remain in place for the next two hours or you choose to end it. It can be perceived by people through all of their senses. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You may create a replica of a specific being or Object, though it is still limited by what you do or do not know about the subject.
Anyone who struggles against the illusion hard enough to break a window or who would be damaged by the illusion realizes it is an illusion, and the entire effect will be ended for all targets.
The illusion is not fixed to the initial target, and may move about at a maximum speed 30 feet per Round. It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and “puppeteer” it.
As a young Nature god Ajax is deeply connected with it's most subtle sides and it's most extreme. While he would prefer to nurture growth and fill the world with life sometimes it is necessary to take it. Too much life can unbalance an ecosystem and destroy potential growth.
With the wave of a hand Ajax can summon Nature's might and smite his target. He calls forth a powerful gust of wind slamming into them the speed of a tornado, filled with deceptively soft looking leaves that slice through them like razor blades.
(Potential rename to Natural Causes)
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 50 feet. You must use up 1 liter of leaves in order to activate this Effect. Roll Perception + Occult Difficulty 6. The target may contest by rolling to Dodge or Defend as a Reaction, Difficulty 6.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes that much Damage plus 4.
You may use this Effect to Defend against any melee, projectile, or firearm Attacks within range or Clash against any Attack targeted at you. Using it to Defend deals no Damage but does not cost Exertion.
Don't argue
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
I have learnt enough to know how little I know.
Alice, while in the lab, realized she was the weakest link to finding a cure.
This is the final manifestation of the foolish augmentation she did to herself in that lab.
Days later, after the fighting ended, was when the headaches started. Trapped in bed, sweating, a fever dream. But mostly the fear. The fear her mind was going.
When it passed, Alice could feel the clarity of her thoughts. Whatever the scientists had done to her had been mere building blocks for this. Her mind was glorious.
And she remembered that her mind should have gone. Her mistake, in retrospect, was obvious. It a moment it jumped out at her. The transcription error should have killed her, or worse. But instead, she was still alive. She couldn't see why. Perhaps it was related to the abnormality in her genome and the sun. Or maybe a nudge from a greater power. In any case, she was sure that if she tried to reproduce the effect on someone else she'd turn their mind into tapioca.
But for now... her thoughts were instant, her memory perfect. She'd taken to writing a program to flash documents on her monitor as fast as it could, and with just that moment, she could know it, and index it while she slept.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Intellect rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Intellect (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

The Witch gazes at a calm and trusting animal and blinks, revealing eyes that have changed to match the creature's. Her body goes limp and collapses, and the witch proceeds to walk away, now temporarily borrowing the animal's body.
A borrowing Witch is a visitor in the animal's mind and cannot overstay her welcome or force the animal into danger.
Spend an Action or Reaction. Select a Non-Alien Creature target within 20 feet. The target may Resist.
You possess your target and have control over their actions for the next hour. Your original body will be left behind, unconscious. You may perceive through your original body's senses by maintaining Concentration. If your original body is touched, you may roll Perception + Alertness to notice. The creature's claws rip through the poor, defenseless doctor's coat, opening deep gashes in their gut. It bares its fangs to lunge for the killing blow, but the doctor looks up at the attacker. Their eyes filed not with utter terror at their imminent demise, only a look of disappointment and pity. Touched, the monster hesitates. . .
This Effect activates whenever you receive a Severity 2 or higher Injury from an attack. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a Living target within 45 feet. Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by remorse for hurting such a pure soul. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
The werewolf unleashes their inner beast, transforming into an imposing hybrid of human and wolf. Their head reforms into that of a wolf, robbing them of speech but bestowing a maw of deadly fangs. Grey fur sprouts from their body as it swells with muscle, ripping any tight-fitting clothes. While transformed, the werewolf is impulsive and driven more by instinct than logic.
If The Werewolf is struck my moonlight, they are compelled to transform.
Exert your Mind and spend a Quick Action.
You transform into a werewolf for 3 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are a werewolf, and you can use your equipment. Your Battle Scars, Injuries, and physical Liabilities are carried over between forms. Reverting from your Alternate Form cannot cause your existing Injuries to kill you. Your alternate form is its own deadly weapon. Unarmed attacks made in your alternate form deal +3 Weapon Damage (instead of the typical -1).
