Spinning the dial and selecting a flavor allows you to choose someone to speak too. Alive or dead, the call allows you to speak to beings as if they were still alive. Showing their figure and likeness on the clocks face.
When in car, you can access the console inside to speak to them, like taking a phone call.
Any beings that have kissed the watch, bled on the watch, or have been inside the car are able to be contacted from the dead.
Anything granted speech by the watch has their eyes change to purple dragon like eyes. for the duration
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a human or Dead target within 50 feet. For dead targets, you must possess their Material with its DNA.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
- The target of "human" refers to any target that speaks a human language.
- You can target yourself if you qualify as a valid target by the other requirements.
- Your target must be within line of sight, or within range of another sense if more fitting for the Gift's flavor.

Sooner or later, all Contractors receive an invitation to join Offr Red, the secret membership tier. Offr Red members gain access to exclusive high-confidence, anonymous services. They can sell extraordinary items to Offr or put them up for auction for other Offr Red members to bid on. Crafty Contractors rejoice!
On rare occasions, Offr can even make deals to tie up pesky Loose Ends. However, they always demand a special favor in return.

The psychic power to speak any language spoken by Man, to read any language can be summoned by a latent psychic, tuning into the psychic emanations radiating from the speaker or from the written material. Typically Xander's eyes roll up white for a moment when this ability manifests, accompanied by psychic emanations - typically in the form of vibrating glass, ringing in the ears, or an ache in the teeth.
While this effect is intentional, it always has the low level effect of conveying the dialect, region, & similar of any speaker Xander encounters. Xander currently requires a Tuning Fork to properly attune to the vibrations..
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use A Tuning Fork to activate this Effect.
You may understand and communicate to humans as if you are fluent in a relevant language for the next hour.
This also includes understanding any recorded communications from the relevant targets, including writings, scent trails, etc.
Whenever you encounter a Language you could commune in with this Effect, you immediately understand which language it is, the dialect, region, and other details about it.

The tool glitches the game, causing audible and visible subtitles to appear in the eyes of those the user speaks to. Their mouth goes blurry as they begin speaking universally to all people. The viewer can tell the subtitles are coming from the user, cause she's glitching.

The Necromancer spits into the mouth of a recently deceased corpse. For the few minutes, the corpse's head comes back to life and speaks to the Necromancer.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Dead target within 50 feet. Dead targets must have died within the past week, and you must have their remains in your possession.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
