By placing this vest on dog Inkz can give it one more sense to utilize while tracking. It becomes keenly specialized at hunting down Cryptid creatures.

Expend a point of Battery and spend one minute. This Effect cannot be used unless Must Be placed on a dog to be used.

You automatically detect all Cryptid Creatures within 50 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

If no Cryptid Creatures targets are within 50 feet of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.

Even if there are no Cryptid Creatures within 50 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

Any Cryptid Creatures detected while this Effect is active are “marked”. You will continue to detect them until the Effect ends, no matter how far away they move. You will also continue to detect them after the Effect ends, so long as they remain within 50 feet of you.

All Cryptid Creatures who you can sense are equally able to sense you.

While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.

You automatically detect all Temporal Anomalies within 50 feet of you for the next minute. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby and their direction, but you are not aware of their exact locations.

Even while this Effect is not active, if any Temporal Anomalies come within 50 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: pull your hat over your eyes and wiggle your fingers in front of your face chanting “hat of the magus reveal the magic to me!”. You must actively and obviously use cone-shaped hat with stars and moons to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect all magical beings within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action.

You automatically detect all actively psychic beings within 50 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

If no actively psychic beings targets are within 50 feet of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.

By intentionally criminal beings i mean to target beings that have an activate understanding and engagement with society and laws, they just chose to break those laws anyways.

Victims of crimes i mean individuals who are actively having a crime committed against them. some one being attacked in the streets, or kidnapped, or just got robbed an hour ago. People are not Victims forever.

Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Balancing the scales, and lighting the plants on flame on either side.. You must use up nettle and Mugwort leaves in order to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.

You automatically detect all Victims of crimes and intentionally criminal beings within 10 miles of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

You learn basic information about why each detected being is being detected. For example, if you detect Criminals, you may learn how many crimes they have committed and what type.

You receive Their scent for each being you detect.

Stock Detect Beings Gifts

This Effect activates whenever combat begins. It does not require an Action or Exertion.

You automatically detect all people wielding weapons within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

  • When triggered, the Effect activation resolves immediately after the triggering Action. It is not Reaction speed.
