Click. The camera's flash goes off, but it's... wrong. Everything in its path strobes temporarily photo-negative, and the picture's subject realizes no one can be trusted.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. You must actively and obviously use a camera to activate this Effect. Roll Mind at Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8 with a -3 dice penalty. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically and their Outcome is 0.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target takes Mind damage equal to the Contested Outcome. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target will gain Paranoia as a Trauma. This Trauma may be removed by Effects or mundane therapy, as normal. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
Gofer's natural speed and agility as a dog is brought beyond it's full potential, letting him duck, weave and sprint more effectively than ever before.

The light in the room seems to reflect and gather around the barrel of the gun briefly before the shot, firing off after the bullet. Archie, being absolutely unwilling to deal with making noise, fires silent and passes that silence to his targets.
Archie’s assistant being kidnapped by Russian Hackers is the biggest load of bullshit he’s seen so far- he swears it’s not emotional investment in Alex, who is dutiful, efficient, and makes muffins, that made the ability manifest in that first shot at the man with a shit-eating grin holding a gun to Alex’s head.
You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with handguns.
+2 dice to all handguns rolls.
You also gain the following effects:
Frank's taken the term "gumshoe" a bit too literally. He's gained the ability to climb on just about anything with ease, sticking to it like glue. Whether it be climbing up a skyscraper or walking on the ceiling, the only penalty he faces is moving just a bit slower.
Whether it be the rubber of his shoes or gloves, people close by are able to watch as the material almost peels off of the wall as he moves. It's all like a scene straight out of a spiderman movie.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
You may move easily and without a roll in any of the following situations.
The experimentations on Ramsey’s body have given him great perceptive abilities. When activated, the branded Eye on the back of his head opens to reveal an actual eye.
You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Third Eye on the back of Ramsey’s head.
Your Perception rating is increased by 1. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Perception (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

You grip your symbol of devotion and begin a Prayer of humble faith, enveloping your target in flame, though harmless, gives a feeling of warmth, "burning" the body of it's imperfections. Restoring their form.
A miracle granted only to those selfless enough to perform creations repair unto others than themselves.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You cannot target yourself. You must actively and obviously use a crucifix to activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Be amazed as the magician wields a deck of simple playing cards with all the poise and precision of a ninja's shurikens. Fear not, for they will not hit you, unless they want to.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with playing cards.
+2 dice to all rolls utilizing playing cards.
You also gain the following effects:
The werewolf's gnashing teeth sheer through steel and bone alike. Those caught in their maw rarely make it out alive.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are in werewolf form, and you are engaged in unarmed combat.
+2 dice to rolls for Attacking, Defending, and Clashing without a weapon. Unarmed attacks do +0 Weapon Damage (instead of -1). The target's Armor is fully effective against this Damage.

The mobster's been through tougher scrapes than this. A few cuts and bruises won't stop them.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your Stress from Injuries is reduced to 0. Does not reduce Stress from Mind Damage.
The psychic can reach into another's' mind and pilfer their deepest memories. Doing so causes the psychic's nose to bleed and is exceptionally draining.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living, Animate target within 20 feet You must maintain Concentration while the effect is active. Roll Intellect + Investigation at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
You are able to view your target's memories. The target is aware that their thoughts are being probed but not of the source of the probe. The Effect ends if the target moves out of range or your Concentration is interrupted.
You may ask specific questions about their memory - “what is their computer password,” “What were they doing at 4:00PM yesterday,” etc - but you cannot get answers to broad, analytical questions like “are they a good person?” or “what are their plans for the future?”
Each question takes as long as it takes to answer to read. When replaying a full memory, it is replayed in double time.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is your nose bleeding. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
The mobster presents a reasoned, logical case to the target: there's a lot of dangerous folks out there, and only they can offer safety... for a price.
If they agree, they will pay the mobster a monthly fee for protection. If they stop making their payments... well, let's just say, the mobster can't be held responsible for any unsavory types that might pay them a visit.
This Effect cannot be used unless you are making a deal to exchange money for protection.
You may make an oath with a physically-present, Sapient target. Communicate the oath's terms to the target, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must shake hands to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The target cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the target, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
