The wind up key I need some friendly helpers

1
This Artifact grants you the power to summon a minion which can fight and act on your behalf.
Used by Vel, Created by RNGrant.
(When activating this Effect, it is obvious that you are creating a minion in some way. You must use this Artifact obviously when activating this Effect.)

You place the windup key to the back of a toy, or similarly human representing golem. Twist for a minute until your hand begins to hurt. The toy will animate and grow in size to a friendly helper of the one holding the windup key.

Exert your Mind and spend one minute.

Summon a single large animated toy at your location. They will last until they are destroyed. They are controlled by the GM but will follow any commands you give. This Artifact may have at most 1 minion active at a time.

  • Attacking: Minions can make melee range attacks with 5 dice to attack and +1 Damage.
  • Body: Minions have 4 Body.
  • Movement: Minions can move 20 feet per Round as Free Movement, and double that when performing an all-out Sprint.
  • Intelligence: Minions have dog-level intelligence, and cannot communicate back to you. They may use equipment.
  • Actions: Minions cannot dodge or Defend. Any Perception checks they make are rolled with 3 dice. Your minion is able to medicine with a 7-dice pool.

After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.

You may only use this Effect once per day.

  • Exhaustion penalties and duration stack. If you activate this Effect or another Effect with Exhaustion, your penalty will worsen, and the duration is increased by one hour.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action.

Your Stress from Injuries and Mind Damage is reduced to 0. Lasts three hours.

Stress from Injuries acts as a dice bonus instead of penalty.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Incredibly scary & obivously supernatural / Demonic Yaksha-spirits emanating from you; screaming out for battle..

  • When narrating disturbing content, be cognizant of your group's tone and accommodating to those who would like to "fast forward" through the description.

Yeun: A being of cold selfishness. Made from nothing other than spite and resentment... He is the abyss within Haerin's abyss, a darkness that could only fester the way it could. It bears no heart, no love, no humanity. Only rage and bloodlust. Yet it is calm and distant. A true monster.

A being with black and white hair flowing from him, bearing both the visages of Haerin and Baam. The Abyssal dragon, in a purer form. A true creature of Greed.

Increase your sacrificial Injury's Severity by 1 and spend a Quick Action. You must actively and obviously use Sword to activate this Effect.

You transform into Yeun for 30 minutes. You have access to all of your Powers while you are Yeun, and you can use your equipment. The Injuries and Battle Scars of your Alternate Form and your true form are tracked separately.

While transformed, your Dexterity is increased by 3. Your Stress is reduced by 2.

You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Countless screaming souls cry out in unison as their essence is torn apart and plastered over the user, imbuing them in malice that envelopes their entire being.

After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

While transformed, you automatically fail any Mind roll to resist an impulse and suffer -3 dice on all other Mind rolls.

If you do not have a sacrificial Injury when you activate this Effect, take a new Severity-1 Injury.

  • When narrating disturbing content, be cognizant of your group's tone and accommodating to those who would like to "fast forward" through the description.
  • The sacrificial Injury received from activating this Effect cannot be prevented by any means or healed before 1 day has passed. It is shared with all Effects that use sacrifice. This Injury does not requires Stabilization or cause Battle Scars when it becomes Severe.
  • Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

While dangers, chaos, and bad weather are all a part of life, Joe's inner peace is available to all who are (literally) within his inner circle.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. This Effect cannot be used unless you take no Quick Actions, Free Actions, nor minimal Movements while the barrier is up. Roll Intellect + Influence at Difficulty 6.

If you succeed, you create a Barrier extending out 15 feet from yourself, which absorbs 2 times the next (Outcome +4) Damage. Only applies to attacks which originated outside the 15 foot radius, and protects anyone who is within that radius. You may choose to create a bubble barrier. If you do, no physical objects or entities can pass into your bubble until the barrier is broken, but you and the barrier cannot move. Any Damage absorbed by the barrier is reflected back to the attacker, up to a maximum of 4. Their Armor applies in full. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. This Artifact may only have 1 active barrier at a time.

You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.

  • Effects with circumvent Armor completely also circumvent your barrier.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend a minute to activate. Select a Battle Scar on yourself to treat.

The treated Battle Scar will heal immediately.

Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see Flesh explodes with fiery vigour, before melding itself back into place..

Any Battle Scars you heal leave behind a Severity 2 Injury on your target that must heal naturally.

  • When narrating disturbing content, be cognizant of your group's tone and accommodating to those who would like to "fast forward" through the description.

Exert your Mind (unless you have an ape in your stash) and spend an Action.

You are obscured from sight for the next 10 minutes. All attempts to detect you via sight fail. Detection attempts via other senses where sight would assist are rolled at a -2 dice penalty.

Entering Combat or being Injured will end the Effect. When the Effect ends, it is disabled for 1 minute.

While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.

This Gift does not affect your clothes or equipment.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Caffeine Addict - Due to questionable events in the past, you have acquired a taste for sugary substances, which you do not handle well. (Whenever you would come into contact with an obviously sugary substance; bag of sugar, candy, donut, etc. you must make a Self Control roll or be forced to try and obtain it).

  • GMs should use their discretion when determining the exact impacts of this Effect, particularly in conjunction with environmental factors. Standing still against a complex background may render you impossible to detect, and footprints in snow may make it easy. A chance to detect you is not guaranteed.
