Harry must use the tool (In the case of his uncle's marked multitool, probably the knife or metal file from it) to etch the same bindrune into an object. This takes him about 10 minutes. At the end, he focuses his mind to infuse the new rune precisely with his power and intent (made more difficult if the object is already suffused with otherworldly power), and both begin to faintly glow. If he has carved and infused the rune properly it will glow faintly and become a nature part of the object (embossed, stamped, or part of the design of the paint or finish, but appearing as though it belongs) and the object will be restored to a proper state and function. Failure will see the rune harmlessly spark out and remain a crude carving.
Spend 10 minutes. Select a Object within arm's reach that is no larger than an SUV. Cannot be used on Alien technology. You must actively and obviously use A tool marked with a bindrune of ᛐᛒ to activate this Effect. More than half the target object must be present in order to begin repairs. Roll Dexterity + Crafts at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target is repaired back to a functional state. If you fail, you spend the full time working before realizing you cannot repair the target.
My rashes become vibrant as the Spite of Phthisis is contracted by another person. The first rash that pops up on the target appears similarly. As hours go by the rash spreads in unpredictable patterns across the targets body.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless Target makes skin contact with any part of Benji Kratzen (solid or liquid). Roll Dexterity + Alertness at Difficulty 6. Your target may resist by rolling Body at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, the target is afflicted with a Condition that causes any number of the following symptoms:
The affliction is not treatable by modern medicine. It may be diagnosed by rolling Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6, and can be cured by cauteriszing the part of the body that maded contact with some part of Benji Kratzen. This should be followed by coatig your body with a mix of honey and lemon juice for 24 hours..
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see the person effected have their skin start to have sores and rashes similr to mine paired with all the other symptoms listed above. It is not subtle.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: scars from skin rash being repeatedly scratched and never fully healing. The marks are a combination of open irritated wounds and rasied lines of skin that indicate old deep scratches..
Alex's eyes glow slightly as they look into the depths of the target, peeking into their soul, which the target can fight against. Upon success, Alex learns the user's names, weaknesses and most importantly their desires.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. At the end of your investigation, roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6. The target resists by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
You learn all the following information about your target:
The quality and specificity of information gained depends on your Outcome.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is if Alex's eyes glimmer dimly a little bit. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Nightmare of endless information: the demons flow the information into you as you sleep, At the start of each Contract and each time you fall asleep, make a Self-Control roll. If you fail, you take one Mind damage.
You cannot investigate the same target more than once per day.
The patient drinks the juice which then causes the cells to die off, regenerating newer cells and closing up as it heals the patient. This takes about a minute before the user coughs up the injured or damaged cells in the placement of the new ones.
wedged between the bandage and the scar, a slight healing aura is exuded that allows the injured tissue to reform as a healed and similar composition to the original cell formation of the rest of the body. the damaged cells are thrown into the users olfactory system to be sneezed out, like a large glob you get when removing your sinuses. It is literally just the cycle of mitosis at a larger scale btw :3
Spend 1 minute and use up this Juice. Select a Living or Dead target within arm's reach. Your target must also Exert their Mind to activate this Effect. Roll 11 dice at Difficulty 6, dice penalties do not apply.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
If you begin healing an Injury on a target that has been dead for less than a minute, and your healing reduces their Wound Level to a non-lethal level, their life is restored.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see The patient regurgitates all off damaged mass on their body as a giant glob of puss and dead cells.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
The book's pages fly open, and it opens to a blank page. The page turns into a contract, and a quill materializes out of thin air.
You may make an oath with any number of Sapient targets. Communicate the oath's terms to the targets, including the requirements and penalties for each participant. If all agree to the terms, you must Exert your Mind and all participants must sign the contract to seal the deal.
Record the oath as a Condition. If a party breaks the oath, the Condition ends and they suffer the oath's penalty.
When crafting your oath, you may incorporate any of the following penalties:
The targets cannot be compelled to agree via a direct threat of violence, another Effect, or another oath. If you would like to use clever wording to mislead the targets, you must succeed a contested Intellect + (Culture or Influence) roll.
You may revert a penalty for breaking one of your oaths on any participant other than yourself.
The targets may be at any range, but you must still be able to communicate the terms to them, and they must be able to sign the contract.
Whenever a participant breaks the oath, you are immediately made aware and may even witness the act as if standing nearby.
It is obvious to your targets that the oath you are proposing will be supernaturally enforced.
The same terms and penalties must apply to every party in each deal.
Eva imbues a parasite within her body and proliferates it to reach a critical mass. Doing so includes extracting the parasites from herself and readministering them in specific locations.
Exert your Mind and spend 30 minutes. You may only target yourself. The target can easily Resist.
You may add one augmentation to your target. Each augmentation counts as a Battle Scar and can have exactly one of the following Effects:
The augmentations you provide are not outwardly visible nor obvious.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see parasite treatment.
The Thief examines an object closely for a minute to appraise its value. As their eyes dance across the subject, their pupils split vertically, and their irises fade to gold. If it is a particularly valuable item, the Thief may greedily lick their lips, revealing a forked tongue.
Within a minute, they have determined how materially valuable the object is and why.
Exert your Mind and spend a minute. Select a target Object within arm's reach. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Culture at Difficulty 6.

If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
When a target is destroyed, it sends shards flying. Anyone within 5 feet of the object rolls 4d10 at Difficulty 6 and takes damage equal to the Outcome. Can be reacted to.
By focusing and whispering a prayer under their breath, the priest may invoke their god to protect those who have good works left to do.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction. Select a Animate target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is a living human. Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour. Roll Charisma + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around your target, which absorbs the next Outcome + 2 Damage. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is you whispering a prayer under your breath. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
The pyro points a laser pointer towards a target, and a cat-sized-and-shaped fire springs into life, very clearly attracted to the laser. This flame cat can also be shaped from existing fires. While the pointer is active it remains in the shape of a cat, pouncing towards the little red dot. When the laser pointer is not active, the flames return to normal.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). You must actively and obviously use a laser pointer to activate this Effect.
You may start a new fire as large as a torch's flame at your target. You may create fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 2 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
You may spend a Free Action on your initiative move a fire as large as a torch's flame that is within 20 feet to another location within 20 feet. You may Exert your Mind to draw a line which a fire up to twice as large as a torch's flame cannot cross.
