Lilith is able to manipulate the emotions of other people with a conversation, calling upon their divine influence.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. Select a Living target within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. Roll Charisma + Alertness at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is your eyes flash a brief divine gold. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
The user channels their runic powers, causing their runes to glow and allowing them to influence the thoughts of others. This ability becomes significantly easier to cast if you have a connection to the target, either through a meaningful possession or runic arrow.
Exert your Mind (unless Has Conduit) and spend at least one Action. Select a Human target within 20 feet. You may select a target at any range if you use up An object of sentimental value to the target of the target. Your target may be actively engaged in Combat. Communicate a command to your target. Roll Charisma + Athletics at Difficulty 6. The target may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7.
If the contested Outcome is positive, your target will be compelled to follow your command to the letter-- but not necessarily the spirit-- of the command until they have completed it or for your Contested Outcome in minutes. You cannot issue another suggestion to the target until 10 minutes after they have completed the first command or 10 minutes after a failure.
The target is unaware that they are under supernatural influence and feel they are acting of their own free will. If you fail, they realize that you were attempting to influence them supernaturally with your command.
Your command can be an order to take an immediate Action. You cannot order a target to "do nothing," and they are free to take other Actions as they fulfill your request. Your command cannot be obviously self-destructive. The Effect ends if following your command would cause a target to cross one of their Limits in a way that would necessitate a Trauma roll.
This Effect ends if you are stunned, fall asleep, go unconscious, are incapacitated, die, or if your total Stress ever exceeds 5.

You place a ward, which is fixed to a target Object that can be moved and repositioned. You can perceive with all your senses or activate investigative Effects through the ward as though you were standing at its location. You may have at most 3 wards running at once.
The ward requires Concentration to monitor, though it will remain active until you deactivate it. The ward can be discovered if someone knows what they are looking for, but is otherwise inconspicuous and cannot be identified as a ward.
You may declare a condition to watch for on an active Ward. If it occurs, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 6, to notice it, even if you are not actively monitoring that ward.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
You may only use this Effect once per day.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action or Reaction to activate. Select a weapon within arm's reach no larger than a duffel bag (35 liters). Roll Dexterity + Brawl Difficulty 6.
If your Outcome is 4 or higher, the target will be completely destroyed and can no longer function, though it may still be repaired. If your Outcome is less than 4, the target will be partially damaged, and any attempts to use it will suffer a dice penalty equal to your Outcome.
If you have access to the remains of an object you had previously damaged or destroyed, you may spend a Committed action to un-destroy it.

Skyla fidgets with whatever jewerly she has on; it doesn't matter what, and it isn't strictly necessary, but it helps to have something that makes her feel connected. She blinks, and a set of nictating membranes crawl across her eyes before her throat opens and she lets out a wail, sounding like a mix between an animal and a human baby. Rain follows shortly after in clouds so steel-gray they're nearly blue on the edges.

And like the wind, they rise and fall
This is the wonder of devotion

We all must hold
This is the mystery of the quotient, quotient

Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. You may start or extinguish a fire as large as a fire in a residential fireplace at your target. You may create or extinguish fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 3 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
