The augmentations you provide are not outwardly visible nor obvious.
Polamedes body disintegrates into tiny blue cubes that reveal the muscular and bone structure underneath before those are also digitized. The entire body from the feet to the head dissolves into tiny blue voxels before those merge together into a solid beam of blue energy that rockets from the 5g tower to a satellite and back to the end point.
The voxel dissolve works by creating a perfect loop of light that digitizes and dissolves anything it passes over. In normal circumstances polamedes can use one of his finger rings to begin the process as the ring grows up his wrist and arm towards the rest of his body. Flencing sink as it goes. In more dire circumstances the ring would need to be formed so the voxel nanites have a starting place to work from and can go from foot to head.
Exert your Mind and spend 2 Actions. Select a Location within your line of sight. You must actively and obviously use Ring to activate this Effect.
You are transported directly to the chosen Location. You must wait an hour before activating this effect again.
If you traverse any 5g tower. for one minute, you may activate this Effect and travel to the edge of any other 5g tower. that you’re aware of, regardless of range.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation will almost certainly be disturbed to see Polamedes disintegrates into voxels..
The doctor's buboes squirm as he focuses and reaches towards a Leperified enemy before squeezing his fist. Their buboes explode violently outwards with incredible force.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Location no further than 25 feet from you and in your line of sight. This Effect cannot be used unless it is centered on a target Afflicted by Leperify. The area within 10 feet of the chosen Location immediately and obviously becomes imminently dangerous. Roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 6. Targets inside the radius may attempt an appropriate Reaction at GM’s discretion. Finding a physical barrier to use as cover will cut total Damage taken in half (applies after Reaction roll but before Armor).
If the Outcome is positive, your blast hits everything within 10 feet of the chosen Location with Damage equal to your Outcome + 4.
If you successfully hit your target, the value of any Armor they are wearing is reduced by 2. For material armor, this penalty lasts until it is repaired. For intrinsic armor, it lasts until the end of Combat and any relevant wound is healed.
Auditory hallucinations are a classic trick of the [REDACTED], and though Leon has some. problems maintaining his [REDACTED] form still as of yet with a little assistance with a gift from a friend he has managed to grasp hold of one of the iconic [REDACTED] abilities once again. By playing the instrument he can strum into reality just about anything, though he does have some size limits he won't admit to, and he needs a little help from some additional sensory input from incense he imbues with his power, a novice, and his crutches still manage to produce an impressive illusion.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within arm's reach. Choose an illusion to generate, which can be no larger than an SUV.
The chosen illusion is generated at your target, and it will remain in place until it is dispelled or you choose to end it. It can be perceived by people through all of their senses. The illusion cannot be used as an attack. You may create a replica of a specific being or Object, though it is still limited by what you do or do not know about the subject.
Anyone who struggles against the illusion hard enough to break a window or who would be damaged by the illusion realizes it is an illusion, and the entire effect will be ended for all targets.
The illusion is not fixed to the initial target, and may move about at a maximum speed 30 feet per Round. It may have moving parts and engage in simple, predetermined movements but cannot perform anything complex or interactive unless you maintain Concentration and “puppeteer” it.
You may use Traumatize as though you were standing within your illusion. Doing so dispels the Illusion. Anyone who has already seen through the illusion is unaffected by any Powers channeled through it.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Kitsune Heart: Whenever a limit roll is presented you must drop your disguise and roll self control or act in a hostile manner towards the source of the limit roll. You may exert to end the effect so long as one action has been taken..

Once the werewolf tastes the blood of their prey, there's no escape. Those injured by the beast's claws and teeth are marked with its saliva. Their wounds smell strongly of blood, and it's only a matter of time before the werewolf returns with a vengeance to finish the kill.
This Effect activates whenever a target you have injured with your teeth or claws escapes the range of your unarmed attacks. It does not require an Action or Exertion. Select a target within arm's reach. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is alive and bleeds.
Your target is marked with a throbbing wound that smells strongly of blood. The mark can only be discovered with a deep medical inspection or Effect. Removal inflicts a Severity 1 Injury on the target.
You are aware of the marked target's direction and distance from you. This lasts for the next month, or until either the mark is removed, or you choose to end the Effect. You can have up to 1 mark active.
You receive +2 dice to any rolls made against a marked target.
The pyro points a laser pointer towards a target, and a cat-sized-and-shaped fire springs into life, very clearly attracted to the laser. This flame cat can also be shaped from existing fires. While the pointer is active it remains in the shape of a cat, pouncing towards the little red dot. When the laser pointer is not active, the flames return to normal.
Thank you to the original creator of this Gift, Frakcherd https://www.thecontractrpg.com/profile/view/603/
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a target within 20 feet which has both fuel and oxygen available (if you are starting a new fire). You must actively and obviously use a laser pointer to activate this Effect.
You may start a new fire as large as a torch's flame at your target. You may create fires the size of a lighter or candle flame without Exerting your Mind. Your fires require fuel and oxygen in order to continue burning.
Lighting a target on fire deals 2 Damage each Round on your turn, starting in the Round after the one in which they caught fire. This Damage is reduced by Armor, but the target’s Armor rating will be depleted by any Damage dealt, destroying the Armor once it reaches 0.
You may extinguish flames as a Reaction. This does not extend to explosives.
You may spend a Free Action on your initiative move a fire as large as a torch's flame that is within 20 feet to another location within 20 feet. You may Exert your Mind to draw a line which a fire up to twice as large as a torch's flame cannot cross.
Through the use of clever rhetoric, the spy is able to inspire a surge of emotion in a target with whom they are speaking.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Living target within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. This Effect cannot be used unless you are engaged in conversation with the target. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, for the next minute, your target will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
Doc puts his hands on you and begins to mutter to himself in french. The effect is instant and horrible. You begin to remember all of the sins of your past, all the ways that you've wronged those who loved you. All of the terrible, evil things you've done on these contracts in order to survive. Doc seems to be in the grips of similar memories, tears running down his chin and dripping onto his hands that are pressed tightly against you. At the point where your mind feels like it's about to break, it's over. Just as quickly as it began. You feel your wounds begin to close.
Exert your Mind and spend 1 minute. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. Your target must make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Charisma + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
