The result of arcane secrets imbued into an artificial frame to create an intelligent weapon, Rei is a hybrid between magic and machine. As such, their frame is half organic and steel, granting them heightened physical and logical ability. Additionally, their voice is partially synthetic, their words spoken as if through a filter.
Their implanted weapons deploy out of their hands, with their left replacing its fingers with steel cylinders capable of rapid, automatic gunfire, and their right able to blast precise magical missiles from their wrist.

Magic Missile Stats (Right Hand): +1 Damage, 50/100/150 Range, Reload 4. Light Pistol equivalent.
Hand-Gun Stats (Left Hand): +2 Damage, 200/400/600 Range, Reload 4. Ignores 1 Armor. May Full Auto Sweep at +2 Difficulty. Submachine Gun equivalent.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

You are permanently and visibly transformed: heterochromatic, cybernetic left eye. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living Computer when targeted. Your Dexterity is increased by 2 and your Intellect is increased by 2.

You may make a +2 Weapon Damage left integrated modular handguns [laser-dot submachine gun] and right magic missile propulsors [laser-dot light pistol] attack without additional equipment.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Cold, Robotic: Your lack of ability to convey emotion, combined with your inhuman features, makes social interaction more difficult. All social rolls are made at +1 Difficulty. The Beautiful Asset is suppressed as long as you have this Battle Scar and Cyborg Features: Technological augments mark your body. Your frame is partially steel, your voice is synthetic, and your eyes are heterochromatic. You are easily recognizable and alienated from others.

You cannot ignore or decrease the effects of Stress for any social rolls you make.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Electric SHeep: Your sleep is plagued with horrible nightmares of your creation, your artificiality clashing with the life within you. At the start of each Contract and each time you fall asleep, make a Self-Control roll. If you fail, you take one Mind damage.

The Severity of any Injury caused by electricity is increased by 2.

Community Inhuman Physiology Gifts

You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using The diamond and my chest to gain the benefits of this Effect.

You are permanently and visibly transformed: Diamond and my chest. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living being when targeted. Your Dexterity is increased by 1, your Perception is increased by 1, your Charisma is increased by 1, and your Intellect is increased by 1.

You are immune to damage from cold. If cold is a substantial component of other damage you would take (e.g. falling from a great distance into a vat of liquid nitrogen), that damage is reduced by 2 (in addition to Armor)

No single organ in your body is critical for life. If any body part is separated, it lives and can take Actions for one hour. Attacks do not get bonuses from targeting specific body parts. You cannot suffer an Injury with Severity greater than 6.

While in Toxic gases, heat, cold, pressure, and other atmospheric hazards do not affect you, and dangerous local flora and fauna will not bother you unless you give them a reason.

You may make a +2 Weapon Damage Palm Gun attack without additional equipment.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Giant scar around my neck.

Whenever you enter Combat, roll Self-Control. If you fail, you cannot choose which targets to attack and cannot stop fighting until there are no targets remaining.

You cannot speak any coherent verbal language and must resort to other means of communication.

The Severity of any Injury caused by uranium is increased by 2.

  • When split into multiple pieces, only the "main" piece can activate Effects.

Your body is adapted to Climbing. You receive +3 dice on non-attack rolls related to Climbing.

While in Forests, heat, cold, pressure, radiation, and other native hazards do not affect you. Dangerous local flora and fauna will not bother you unless you give them a reason.

Your Injuries no longer degrade with time. You do not age naturally, and supernatural attempts to age you fail.

You cannot be mistaken for a normal human. You cannot always use standard human clothes, equipment, vehicles, and facilities, and when you can, you suffer an increased Difficulty.

The Severity of any Injury caused by Gold Weapons is increased by 2.

  • You must still perform some equivalent of eating, sleeping, and drinking unless other Effects allow you to ignore that requirement.
  • The increase in Injury Severity stacks with any similar effects, such as the Silver Bullets drawback on Regeneration.
  • Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

You gain the following benefits at all times. You must actively and obviously be using a control collar to gain the benefits of this Effect.

You are permanently and visibly transformed: raccoon girl. You are considered to be a Sapient, Living Creature when targeted. Your Brawn is increased by 1, your Dexterity is increased by 1, your Perception is increased by 1, your Charisma is increased by 1, and your Intellect is increased by 1.

You can squeeze through any cracks and passageways a cat would be able to.

Any Animate being that consumes or is injected with your bodily fluids receives a Severity-1 Injury. Every Round, they must roll Body Difficulty 9. If they fail, the Injury worsens by 1 Severity. If they succeed, the Injury stops worsening.
