The result of arcane secrets imbued into an artificial frame to create an intelligent weapon, Rei is a hybrid between magic and machine. As such, their frame is half organic and steel, granting them heightened physical and logical ability. Additionally, their voice is partially synthetic, their words spoken as if through a filter.
Their implanted weapons deploy out of their hands, with their left replacing its fingers with steel cylinders capable of rapid, automatic gunfire, and their right able to blast precise magical missiles from their wrist.

Magic Missile Propulsors Stats (Right Hand): +1 Damage, 50/100/150 Range, Reload 4. Laser-Dot. Light Pistol equivalent.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

You are permanently and visibly transformed: heterochromatic, cybernetic left eye. You are considered to be a Sapient, Non-Living Computer when targeted. Your Dexterity is increased by 2 and your Intellect is increased by 2.

Your Injuries no longer degrade with time.

You may make a +2 Weapon Damage right magic missile propulsors [laser-dot light pistol] and left integrated modular handguns [laser-dot submachine gun] attack without additional equipment.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Cyborg Features: Technological augments mark your body. Your frame is partially steel, your voice is synthetic, and your eyes are heterochromatic. You are easily recognizable and alienated from others, Cold, Robotic: Your lack of ability to convey emotion, combined with your inhuman features, makes social interaction more difficult. All social rolls are made at +1 Difficulty. The Beautiful Asset is suppressed as long as you have this Battle Scar, and Exhaust Ports: Your body is highly optimized to sustain and release energy as necessary. Your voice modules are limited to only a whisper. After physical activity, steam and energy emits from your body and you suffer a -2 dice penalty on Stealth rolls..

You cannot ignore or decrease the effects of Stress for any social rolls you make.

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Electric Sheep: Your sleep is plagued with horrible nightmares of your creation, your artificiality clashing with the life within you. At the start of each Contract and each time you fall asleep, make a Self-Control roll. If you fail, you take one Mind damage.

The Severity of any Injury caused by electricity is increased by 2.

  • The increase in Injury Severity stacks with any similar effects, such as the Silver Bullets drawback on Regeneration.
  • Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

Community Passive Gifts

You gain the following benefits as long as engaged in combat with hunting rifles.

Your attacks with hunting rifles deal +3 Bonus Damage. Armor is reduced to 1/2, rounded up against this damage.

  • Reminder: Bonus Damage stacks with Weapon Damage, but does not stack with any other Bonus Damage. Instead, the highest Bonus Damage is used.

  • Call me Senpai: You may ask to be called "Your Majesty". Sapient beings will use this title when addressing you, unless they Exert their Mind to resist for the day. You may use an Influence Effect on anyone who uses your title without Exerting your Mind. One free activation per individual per day.
  • Hey, Listen!: You cannot be ignored or unheard when directly addressing an entity.
  • Honest Eyes: Your word is accepted as honest so long as you are speaking the truth as you understand it. You can always tell if someone telling a lie without making a roll, though you may not know what they are concealing
  • No Choice But To Stan: If someone speaks or acts against you socially, anyone observing it must roll Mind, with the difficulty equal to your Charisma, in order to not defend you.
  • Party Animal: You are welcome at, and will be granted entrance to, any social gathering or party, at least as an observer.
  • Unflappable: Any attempts to control or influence your thoughts or emotions are rolled at +3 Difficulty.
  • The Price Of Fame: Any sightings or recordings of your activity can easily be traced back to you. Even when disguised or using an alias, people always get a Perception check to recognize you.

  • Being forced to Stan will not force someone to violate any of their Limits or to engage in violence of any kind (though they may still do so of their own volition).
  • A "social gathering" might include a birthday party, after-work drinks, a ski trip, or yoga in the park, among other things. It likely would not include a cult gathering to summon a demon, Congressional negotiations over a contentious bill, etc.

You are immune to damage from heat and flames. If heat is a substantial component of other damage you would take (e.g. slashed with a flaming sword), that damage is reduced by 2 (in addition to Armor)

You may make a +2 Weapon Damage forearm scale blades attack without additional equipment.

The Severity of any Injury caused by Holy materials is increased by 2.

  • Your heat resistance does not extend to your equipment. Fire does not degrade this effect over time.
  • The increase in Injury Severity stacks with any similar effects, such as the Silver Bullets drawback on Regeneration.
  • Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

As long as you are conscious, you are immune to falling Damage and may hover in place mid-air. Additionally, you may glide as you fall, traveling 35 feet horizontally for every 10 feet you fall. While gliding, you fall at a minimum speed of 10 feet per Round.

You are subject to the following effects while gliding:

  • Earthbound: You cannot fly or glide in an atmosphere thin enough to be unbreathable.
  • Weight-Limited: This Effect is suppressed any time you are over-encumbered.

Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Fox tail.

  • Any penalties to dice or movement, including from Encumbrance, are applied as normal. If your movement is reduced to 0 due to encumbrance, you will begin to sink down to the ground.
  • You may activate this Effect while in midair, allowing you to slow and survive any free fall.

Stock Passive Gifts

You gain the following benefits as long as you are biting and you are engaged in unarmed combat.

+2 dice to rolls for Attacking, Defending, and Clashing without a weapon. Unarmed attacks do +2 Weapon Damage (instead of -1). The target's Armor is fully effective against this Damage.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Jiu-Jitsu:When you successfully grapple an opponent, you may choose to also deal damage to them equal to the Contested Outcome on the grapple roll.

  • The total damage of a ju-jitsu grapple-attack is equal to your Outcome minus their Outcome. Bonus Damage from the Bonus Damage Parameter does not apply to damage dealt through this Enhancement.
  • Unlike the Ability Brawl, this Effect does not affect small weapons such as knives.

Any Injury you receive from a source other than silver or fire. heals quickly, reducing its Severity by one level every day. Any Injuries you receive while this Effect is active automatically count as a successful Proper Stabilization and do not deteriorate further. Any Battle Scars caused by such an Injury will heal with the Injury.

You may Exert your Mind and spend an Action to reduce the Severity of one of your Injuries by 1. Does not affect Injuries suffered as an activation cost for Effects.

Injuries you receive from silver or fire. are increased in Severity by 1.

  • The increase in Injury Severity stacks with any similar effects, such as the Vulnerable drawback on Inhuman Physiology.

You gain the following benefits as long as you are engaged in combat with melee ninja weapons.

+2 dice to all rolls with melee ninja weapons. You may Defend against firearm attacks from any range using melee ninja weapons.

You also gain the following effects:

  • Assassin: If your attack Injures your target, they cannot make a sound, even incidentally, for a single Round. Even the sound of their body and equipment dropping to the ground is silenced.
  • Falling Crane Strike: If you move and then make a successful attack against a target closer than the full distance you could have moved, you may choose to travel the excess movement in a straight line beyond the target.

This Artifact cannot be broken.

This Artifact's creator is always aware of the direction and distance to this Artifact.

  • "Cannot be broken" means that damage cannot render the Artifact's Effects unusable, nor can it cease to be used for its primary mundane purpose, if it has one.
