Jacob’s Phone “Oddly Useful”
The Talent and everyone was frankly shocked Jacob still survived he came by to congratulate him and Jacob was bored and decided to just sit there and utilize his glib tongue to talk to him. He’s not sure why but at the end of it the talent handed him a cell phone explaining that it can call anybody. He was fairly impressed somebody actually asked for it though Jacob has no idea what he’s talking about

The Witch summons a crow, whispers a message to it, and sends it off to deliver her words. Half an hour later, the crow arrives at the recipient and repeats her message aloud in its croaking, animal voice.
Spend an Action. Select a target any distance away from you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location.
You may send a single message to your target. It can be as complex or as large as you like. It takes at least 30 minutes before it is received.
The message may be intercepted while in transit, and may be overheard, read, or otherwise understood by anyone near either you or the recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Gift's Cost is capped at 2 and cannot be increased further.
- Depending on the length of your message, it may take a target some time and/or effort to understand it in its entirety.
- Receiving a message does not force a target to pay attention to you, and they can feel free to ignore your message if they choose. Depending on the flavor of your Gift, they may or may not be able to return to it and read it later on.
- Generally you cannot communicate with Contractors who are not in a Contract with you.

Telepathic Chatter

The Psychic can speak directly into someone's mind, engaging in an entirely telepathic conversation with the target's inner monologue. While they do, they take on a blank, vacant stare in the direction of their target, and appear to be muttering gibberish to themselves under their breath.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Select a target within 10 miles of you. You must have a specific target in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless you can see your target.
You open up a line of conversation to your target, and may continue speaking with them without any additional Exertion cost for as long as you maintain Concentration
The conversation will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.

Spend a Free Action. Select a number of targets up to your Mind rating within 300 feet of you. You must have specific targets in mind, but you require only an intuitive understanding of them, such as their name, face, or Location. This Effect cannot be used unless you are in alternate form.
You may send a single message to your targets. It cannot be longer or more complex than a couple short sentences.
The message will only be perceived by the intended recipient. You must share a common language for your target to understand the message.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is your lips moving a little, but no sound coming out.. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
Possession of this Power grants the following Battle Scar: Unsteady footing: You suffer a -1 dice penalty to any rolls which involve balance or grace..
