Charlatans

Nowadays you can't go a day without some phony prophet trying to peddle their wares to you.
Driven by the increased interest in the supernatural, charlatans from palm readers to televangelists are everywhere. And while the vast majority of witches, psychics, magicians, hypnotists, cures, potions, faith healers, and clairvoyants are complete fakes, they do make a living.
As the saying goes, "it's easier for an actor to make it in alternative medicine than Hollywood."
Most people scoff at these clearly-phony supernatural services, yet those same people often buy into at least one scam.
The most dangerous charlatans are the self-styled monster hunters who carry a mall-ninja arsenal and guns with silver bullets. Most have never encountered anything supernatural and do absolutely nothing besides burn some sage and patrol the area for a night or two. Even so, those who are superstitious, fearful, or desperate enough will hire them to solve the problems they simply don't understand. In some cases with disastrous results.
For Contractors, charlatans are red herrings and obstacles. Clumsy fakes that conjure a smokescreen of misinformation and escalate the situations they're in.

In both her human and shifted form, Asha has an increased sense of smell and sight. She can track people and items down using the scents attached to them. Her heightened sense also allows her to tell where things have been and the approximate time it was there. She can also see in pitch black darkness now, allowing her to see perfectly even in areas with no light.
Asha finds that she now has the ability to smell things she'd never had the ability to notice before. Her nose is much stronger and the world around her is suddenly much, much more vibrant...at least when it comes to scent. She also finds that the night time is much, much easier to traverse now with her dark vision. These newfound abilities are hard to get used to but it comes with its bonuses too. She's experiencing the world like she never has before and is one step closer to her ultimate goal.

With a deep inhale and exhale he can feel the air around him and 'see' it, each breath blowing out of his nose and mouth like steam in the cold. The ebbs and flows of wind currents show him details of the area he is in.

The Kamatachi shares its senses with him, allowing Ricter to see as he sees (when it feels like it), which is the ability to tell things around them by how the wind flows, curves, and bends around physical structures or people. The user would take out a handheld camera with a cord attached to it with a razor thin needle and run it up their sleeves and connecting it to their spine, before connecting the camera to either their clothes or gun, activating the camera would see a red and blue light appear next to the lens before they begin blinking, after which the user would begin seeing electric currents all around them within 50 feet.

The beastmaster closes their eyes and channels nature's bloody struggle for survival. When their eyes reopen, they catch the light and glow red like a dog's. While in this heightened state, they may sense heat signatures and triangulate the tiniest sound.

- Thermal: You are able to "see" heat signatures within your line of sight.
- Hearing: You automatically know the origin location of any sound you hear, and you can tell which Action caused the sound.
- Your thermal vision allows you to judge temperatures of surfaces fairly accurately as long as they are within livable temperatures.
