Even before the Contracts, Mike could hear a worn CV axle before the boot was even torn (and at 100 yards, so he claims). Now that he is imbued, his senses have picked up to literal superhuman levels, but his natural inclination to fix what's broken may be a liability.
You gain the following benefits at all times.
Your senses are enhanced in the following way.
Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Obsessive Misophonia: Malfunctioning machines: if you detect a machine that sounds "off" roll self control not to drop other priorities and thoroughly investigate it..
Mothman can use straight twigs and string to create a simple 'doll' left in the woods. (A la the triangle wood things in blair witch)
Creepy on its own, Mothman closes his hands around it. The air around the sculpture vibrates with a tense pressure and fevered pitch, before releasing.
Chain of screaming, reduces by half for each additional target inflicted, when they 'interact' with another valid target, and i imagine hearing affected yell at them to warn their allies etc count as interacting.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action to trap a region of any shape that contains your current location and fits entirely within 45 feet. This trap lasts until triggered or disarmed. Roll a single D10 as a critical failure check. If you roll a 1, the Effect fails, and you It effects him and anyone around as he sets the trap. You must use up a collection of straight sticks and rope in order to activate this Effect. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6.
The trap looks like A bundle of sticks, tied into a shape like a stick figure. Only those who have seen this trap before can identify it as a trap. Anyone who is aware of the trap may intuitively avoid, trigger, or destroy it.
Any Living target that enters the chosen region will trigger the trap. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, for the next hour, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by Fear and Paranoia. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
When your target interacts with any valid target, they must roll Self-Control or be swept up in the same emotion. New targets pass it on as well, and so on, with the remaining duration decreasing by half until the chain stops.
Roy places the cane against the surface/individual he wishes to treat and begins to trace out different sections that need treatment with the cane tip, leaving a light blue mark where the tip of the cane touches. Upon finishing, tapping the cane against the ground causes the marks to seemingly glitch and invert, seemingly replacing itself with the targets usual form.
Roy focuses on his target, visualizing it in the 4th dimension. Roy then begins to pick out "impurities" and isolate them, before harmlessly shifting them into the 4th dimension.
Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. You must actively and obviously use cane/staff to activate this Effect.
You may cure any Non-Alien diseases, toxins, or poisons afflicting your target even if you have not diagnosed or fully understood it. You may cure diseases or poisons even if they are not treatable through modern medicine. During treatment, the malady you are treating does not progress or cause additional Damage or other effects.
You may use this effect to sanitize a 15-foot radius, destroying all poisons, toxins, diseases such that they are inert and cannot affect any new targets
Jebadiah flicks two flaming ace cards that immolate revealing Cain And Abel.
Spend a Quick Action.
You may withdraw an item from your stash, or add an item that is within arm’s reach to your stash. You may only stash targets which are in your possession, grappled, or otherwise controlled by you.
You may store Cain And Abel in your stash, each no larger than something which could fit inside a briefcase (15 liters), and you may store up to 3 things at a time.
You may choose to equip any equipment you withdraw at no additional cost.
I bring me and one other person to spectate. We observe the events unfolding and only observe.
Take a Severity-1 Injury and spend an Action. This Effect cannot be used unless :, user must be injured, user must take at least 1 Animate being to phase out with, and at least 2 rounds need to have passed if used during combat.
You phase out of reality for up to indefinitely. During this time, you cannot affect the outside world or take any Actions. You cannot move. Nothing can interact with you in any way.
When you phase out, you may bring up to 1 additional target in arm's reach with you.
When you activate this Effect, you may limit its duration to a period of your choosing. If you are able, you may also end it as a Free Action on your initiative.
You leave a mystic prism at your location.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.
Dorris closes his eyes as a barrier forms in front of him. A sense of safety fills him.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Roll Charisma + Influence at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a barrier around yourself, which absorbs the next Outcome + 4 Damage. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
The barrier will fall after two hours, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
The Vampire is able to turn one of their victims into a lesser vampire, a pale shadow of a full creature of the night but useful nonetheless. Having drained and killed their target, the Vampire performs a brief ritualistic bloodletting, wherein they spill their own blood into the target's mouth, forcing them to drink, and bonding them together as child and sire.
Shortly afterwards, the fledgling vampire will rise from death, hungry for blood and eager to serve.
Increase your sacrificial Injury's Severity by 1 and spend one minute. Select a Dead target within arm's reach that has died within the last hour. This Effect cannot be used unless you drained the target's blood while they were still alive.
Your target rises as an Animate being. The raised creature is totally mindless, with no memory of its past life or hint of its old personality. They cannot communicate. They will follow any command you speak.
The creature lasts until it dies again. It is revived at full health. Any Injuries it had in life are not accounted for when determining its penalties or progression towards re-death, though they may affect its ability to perform certain actions at GM's discretion. The raised creature must consume flesh every day or it will die again.
Raised creatures have their Abilities set to the same that they were in life. Their Charisma and Intellect are set to 1, but their Dexterity, Brawn and Perception are the same as they had in life. A raised creature cannot use any Effects.
Your revived targets deal 2 Weapon Damage with their unarmed attacks.
If you do not have a sacrificial Injury when you activate this Effect, take a new Severity-1 Injury.
The mystic channels and communes directly with another person's spirit, allowing the two of them to freely exchange both physical and mental wounds between each other.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Sapient target within arm's reach. Your target may Resist to cancel the transfer.
You may choose a single instance of one of the following to transfer from your target to yourself, or from yourself to them:
Whenever you transfer an Injury, it's Severity increases by 1. Whenever you transfer Mind damage or Traumas, the recipient takes an additional Mind damage.
After you finish activating this Effect, you cannot move quicker than a walk (max 15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour. Exhaustion’s penalty and duration stacks with multiple activations.
The Vampire has grown wicked fangs in place of their canines, allowing them to thoroughly drain a person of blood should they get ahold of one.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are biting and you are engaged in unarmed combat.
+2 dice to rolls for Attacking, Defending, and Clashing without a weapon. Unarmed attacks do +2 Weapon Damage (instead of -1).
You may Defend against melee, projectile, or firearm Attacks from any range and Clash with those in range of your Attacks. Attacking materials like steel or spikes will not Damage you unless it has an Effect that does so.
You also gain the following effects:
The priest channels their true faith into a brutal assault on the consciousness of demonic or unholy creatures. By wielding their favored holy symbol, a gilded crucifix, they can put a proper fear of god into them, leaving them cowering at any truly holy things they encounter.
Exert your Mind (unless you have been recently attacked by your target) and spend an Action. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target is undead, demonic, or another evil creature. You must actively and obviously use a gilded cross to activate this Effect. Roll Brawn + Alertness Difficulty 6. Affected targets may resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 7. If they are incapacitated or unconscious, they fail automatically.
If the Contested Outcome is positive, the target loses that much Source. Once their Source is depleted, excess Outcome is applied as Mind Damage. If you deal at least 3 Mind damage, the target gains a Trauma of the GM's choice.
This trauma cannot be removed by spending Experience and undergoing mundane therapy. Affected targets are aware that they are being attacked and can generally tell who did it.
The detective can learn a lot by watching someone for a minute. Each subtle detail, every unexplained stain, reveals something about where the target has been. Ocassionally, they'll drop a business card, or explain how to contact them. The detective is listening.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend a minute. Select a Sapient target within 20 feet. This Effect cannot be used unless the target does not know you're watching them. At the end of your investigation, roll Charisma + Investigation at Difficulty 6.
