When Harold Polk activates Crime Scene Sense, there’s no outward display of power. Instead, his demeanor subtly changes—his eyes narrow slightly, and his gaze becomes more focused and intense, as if he’s honing in on something that others cannot perceive. The world around him seems to slow down in his mind as his heightened awareness kicks in.
As he walks through an area, seemingly mundane details start to stand out to him. Scuff marks on the floor, an out-of-place object, or a faint odor all become clues that lead him to the evidence of a crime. His mind automatically connects these details, almost like pieces of a puzzle falling into place. It’s as if an internal compass directs him toward the evidence, though to an observer, it might just look like he’s following his instincts.
When he encounters hidden or disguised evidence, his mind instinctively understands the methods used to conceal it. He might notice a slight irregularity in the way a drawer closes or the faint impression of a hidden compartment behind a wall. This knowledge seems to come from a place of deep intuition, as if he’s simply “tuning in” to the crime rather than discovering something supernatural.
To those around him, Harold’s actions might seem like incredible deductive reasoning or a stroke of genius—a natural gift for solving mysteries rather than a display of any otherworldly power.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute.
You automatically detect all Evidence Of Crimes within 50 feet of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. You do not learn any details about the detected items.
If no Evidence Of Crimes targets are within 50 feet of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.
The means by which any Evidence Of Crimes are hidden or disguised is made clear to you, as well as how to access them if they are secured. This includes objects secured via the Stash Effect.
When Victor Vaugn first designed his signature super suits, he learnt of a way to transfer the kinetic energy that the wearer was producing into a sustainable and clean energy source; an energy source that Victor could take advantage of, activated by the subconscious response to the sense of danger, vocal command, or simply activating it through the suits control panel, the suit would transfer the built up power of the kinetic energy created through running, walking, fighting, etc on and over the wearers suit, creating a vividly colorful and transparent barrier extending only a few inches off the skin over the supersuit.
The barrier visually is a hexagonal grid in the shape of the users outline, the color of the barrier itself is dependent on the wearer and can be edited through the control panel to the wearers wishes

Ricter has started to befriend Kazarisu, a Kamaitachi yokai spirit that accompanies him. However, he needs a bit of 'motivation' to do more than just protect him, as such he feeds him a pint of alcohol to offer some inspiration.
Kazarisu resembles a stoat in appearance and size but can grow to be as big as a wolverine if he wishes, with paws that can extend into sickle-like claws. He has jagged white fur that is smooth to the touch with black coloring on his tail tip.
--------------------
"I've learned in nearly half a year that Kazarisu is a bit fickle, likes stupid jokes that I make, chicken, and drinking. I'm glad to have him around but he tends to be a bit of a menace, especially when he chugs a whole bottle of wine and ends up cutting up my curtains...Nonetheless, I'm starting to like him, we even started watching soap operas together."
"Lately, I have been demanding we work together but he just lacks...motivation, not in a bad way though. So I bribe him with some wine occasionally, which seems to give him a physical body somehow, probably some form of yokai logic. Although he's mentioned that if he 'died' he'd just revert to his more spiritual clingy self, which was a relief."
Exert your Mind and spend an Action.
