Description

Preston wears his pointy hat and focuses. Its stars and moons begin to glow. Then, he pops the hat off his head, reaches further inside than should be possible, and withdraws the item of his choosing.

System

Costs exertion to activate. Roll Perception + Occult. Difficulty depends on specificity of item created ("shirt" would be difficulty 5, "Police uniform" would be difficulty 9). Number of successes determines overall quality and how well the item fits the request. Created object lasts forever. Takes 1 Minute to cast and can produce an item no larger than Fits Inside A Messenger Bag (10 liters).

Enhancements

  • Eternium (You may keep up to three fabricated objects at a time that do not expire after an hour.)
  • Ghost Gun (You may produce firearms.)

Drawbacks

  • Focus (Using this Effect requires a specific kind of item.)
    • Object - Cone shaped hat with stars and moons
