Potion of tongues Break all language barriers
A swirling multicolored potion. On drinking the potion surrounds your tongue and shifts it to one not your own for the duration. You can the ability to converse with any around, as your tongue naturally shifts to the appropriate variant.
This potion is made by infusing the concepts of multiple languages and communication barriers into a liquid form.
It involves:
- multiple language references
- food and drink from a variety of different cultures, using different languages on the containers
- various books written in different languages
- chanting in different and swapping languages (small bits)
Use up this potion and spend an Action.
You may understand and communicate to Creatures, humans, and Sapient beings as if you are fluent in a relevant language for the next hour.
- Communing with creatures does not grant them intellect but does allow you to converse with them.
- The target of "human" refers to any target that speaks a human language.
- This consumable is destroyed when used and cannot be used again.

Spinning the dial and selecting a flavor allows you to choose someone to speak too. Alive or dead, the call allows you to speak to beings as if they were still alive. Showing their figure and likeness on the clocks face.
When in car, you can access the console inside to speak to them, like taking a phone call.
Any beings that have kissed the watch, bled on the watch, or have been inside the car are able to be contacted from the dead.
Anything granted speech by the watch has their eyes change to purple dragon like eyes. for the duration
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. Select a Sapient being, human, Creature, or Dead target within 50 feet. For dead targets, you must possess their Blood.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.

Valentine's voice box has been changed to a more alien symbiote like configuration, it holds a wealth of more languages that Valentine can now harness with a few caveats here and there.
Valentine's throat and Adam's apple are visibly changed, the Adam's looks more like a trident now.
On inspection, Valentine's throat is black with light heus of pink.
Big league chew must be actively chewed on for the voice box to function, Darlin' doesn't like to work for free.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. Select a Dead target within arm's reach. Dead targets must have died within the past week, and you must have their remains in your possession.
The target can communicate in your language for the next hour.
