Hax built his own mind, and occasionally upgrades it. The first change was to run a bit faster now that he is running on a new substrate.

You gain the following benefits at all times.

Your Intellect rating is increased by 0. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Intellect (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

You also gain the following effects:

  • Quick Thinking: Any Intellect rolls other than Power activations are made as Free Actions. You get +2 dice to all Initiative rolls.

  • Attribute bonuses from multiple sources do not stack. Instead the highest bonus is used.

You gain the following benefits as long as you have your Feather Crest.

Your Intellect rating is increased by 3. You may Exert your Mind to automatically gain an Outcome of 5 on any roll that uses Intellect (Cannot be used on combat rolls or Power activations).

Possession of this Power grants the following Trauma at all times: Nyctophopia.

If you are witnessed actively using this Effect, whoever sees it can make a Perception + Alertness roll at Difficulty 6. A complete success reveals the source of your power.

7/26/2024: Using the dead space on this trading card to etch personal writings I may not write elsewhere. Mimi and Mari took me out to the petting zoo today. I had a lot of fun, surprisingly. I think I've developed empathy, of all things. Towards animals, of course. They're so serene in their simplicity. Also, we had a talk about my distrust of electronics. I think I'm slowly coming around to them now.

On knowledge:
Koriol has come to learn some damning information of those around him, and it's all starting to come together. The further he goes on this path, the more he realizes this is just the beginning. He's about to make enemies - here's to hoping that merely knowing will be enough to keep him alive.

On forgetting:
Does he want to forget? Perhaps it'd be quite the blessing, but he's never been graced with any kind of mercy. It's not about to start now. In result he just ends up left out from the rest of his peers.
