This charm typically comes on a necklace or bracelet of some kind, potentially with other consumable rune charms. When an enemy approaches in an otherwise calm situation it becomes noticeably warm to the user, imbuing them with instinctive knowledge on the relative location of the new nearby threat. The holder may choose to release the stored magic in the charm, causing it to fracture across the embossed rune, but giving them an expanded and innate sense of all threatening beings within its sphere of influence for an hour. This renders the charm inert.

Use up this charm in the shape of a round shield with an Algiz (ᛉ) rune and spend an Action.

You automatically detect all beings who intend to harm you within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

If no beings who intend to harm you targets are within 300 feet of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.

  • This consumable is destroyed when used and cannot be used again.

Expend a point of Battery and spend an Action.

You automatically detect all the lgbt within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

Even while this Effect is not active, if any the lgbt come within 300 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.

Even if there are no the lgbt within 300 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

You must actively and obviously use cone-shaped hat with stars and moons to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You automatically detect all magical beings within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend one minute. Roll a single d10, Difficulty 4. If you fail or botch, the Effect fails and you cannot activate it again for an hour.

You automatically detect the closest of any prey within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense their direction and distance.

Even if there are no prey within 300 feet of you, you become aware of the direction the closest one is in, as well as a rough sense of its distance from you.

  • If this Effect fails due to the Unreliable check, you must still pay any associated activation costs.

Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use Walmart scouter to activate this Effect.

You automatically detect all Animal and Human within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

If no Alien Predators or Man-Eaters targets are within 300 feet of you, and then one enters range, you automatically detect it, even if this Effect is not active.

You may only use this Effect once per day.

This Effect activates whenever combat begins. It does not require an Action or Exertion.

You automatically detect all people wielding weapons within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.

  • When triggered, the Effect activation resolves immediately after the triggering Action. It is not Reaction speed.
