The amulet infuses energy into its user as an onyx, mechanical tentacle with claspers leaks out of the user's core, ready to serve.
To feed the artifact, one simply holds a rare mineral up to the gem in the amulet, watching as it quickly seems to melt and be sucked into the gem.
Expend a point of Battery and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: mutter to yourself as you spread your arms, allowing the appendages to dramatically grow out of your core. This Effect cannot be used unless you have fed the artifact rare minerals in the last 24 hours. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.
You gain an additional limb that functions as a standard human arm and hand. Lasts two hours.
Each additional limb you posses can take one Quick Action per Round without incurring a -2 dice penalty to your main Action. Any Battle Scars that affect or remove your additional limb will heal in a single week.
Your appendage is selectively incorporeal, allowing you to reach through walls or ignore grapples on it.
Your extra appendage can stretch to reach an additional 30 feet.
Your extra appendage is not connected to your nervous or circulatory systems, and you will not take damage if it is hit by an attack or destroyed.
Your Extra Appendage counts as an object and can be hacked or targeted by any Powers that affect objects or machines. Injuries to your Extra Appendage cannot be healed by Powers that affect living things but may be repaired during Downtime.
Your damaged parts melt like wax under your will and reform by fusing in a weave of flesh, blood and bones that look like fidgeting magot. Your damaged parts are now sculpted anew.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend 1 minute. Choose a specific Injury on yourself that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Crafts at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see the weave of flesh, blood and bones that look like fidgeting magot.
Kaya calls upon the spirit of a loyal cultist, ripping their soul from the Æther and using it to defend themselves or others.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action to activate. Roll Intellect + Occult at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, you create a Barrier extending out 15 feet from yourself, which absorbs 2 times the next Outcome Damage. Only applies to attacks which originated outside the 15 foot radius, and protects anyone who is within that radius. Half the damage absorbed is reflected back at the attacker, which they can Defend against as normal. The Damage reduction from the barrier is applied before Armor, and is treated like Armor by any effects such as Armor Penetration. You may only have 1 active barrier at a time.
You must maintain Concentration while using this Effect. The barrier will fall if you are interrupted, or if it absorbs the full amount of Damage. When a barrier falls, you cannot use this Effect again for a minimum of 2 Rounds.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

Leon lays down flat and begins to close his eyes. His mind drifted into the embrace of yet another spirit brought into his service through the Inari charm. The Takarabune. A spirit much like the Inari that was originally connected with Woe, and the portent of a negative future and is now associated with the seven lucky gods, and in emulating the ritual many commit to on New Years, Leon can be granted a vision by the spirit as he passes through. Though in doing so he must enter a partially lucid dreaming state, and his eyes become cloudy and distorted even as the yokai guides him towards the items of value that are typically portrayed within the boat, as well as to the rifts to the spirit realm that call it home to dock once it is loaded. In doing so, however, he is not able to stop the Inari Charm itself from draining him heavily, and sometimes the spirit drinks too greedily leaving Leon more wounded than helped.
Exert your Mind and spend two Actions performing the following ritual: Leon must lay down fully and place the artifact under his head as he clasps the artifact between his hands and attempts to enter a lucid dreaming state for even just a moment.. You automatically detect all Mystical Objects and Spatial Disturbances (Portals, people's effect on the world when they teleport, spirit realm rifts, etc) within 1 mile of you for the next hour. You have a clear sense of both the distance and direction towards any detected items. When you detect objects, instead of learning nothing about them, you may observe each object with all of your senses.
The means by which any Mystical Objects and Spatial Disturbances (Portals, people's effect on the world when they teleport, spirit realm rifts, etc) are hidden or disguised is made clear to you, as well as how to access them if they are secured. This includes objects secured via the Stash Effect.

You can interact with things that are within 75 feet without needing to physically touch them or be near them. Lasts for two hours. You automatically detect all beings having thoughts with murderous intentions within 50 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
Even while this Effect is not active, if any beings having thoughts with murderous intentions come within 50 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.
While this Effect is active, you are at -2 dice to all Actions and cannot Concentrate.

You may ascend into the air and fly using your mind. Your Free Movement is Mind x5 feet/Round, including vertically. You cannot Dash. When sprinting, roll Mind and add your rating in Mind plus 1 to the outcome, multiply by 5 to find your sprint speed. Your encumbrance limit is 10 lbs per point of Mind.
You are subject to the following effects while gliding or flying:
The time-traveler spins the second hand on one of their watches and speeds up until they are a blur.
Exert your Mind and spend an Action. You must actively and obviously use a watch to activate this Effect.
Whenever you use your Movement, after all other calculations, the distance you may travel is doubled.
Outside of Combat, any non-Gift, non-movement Actions you attempt take drastically less time to complete, as long as your personal speed is a factor in the Action. Total time reduction is determined by the GM and capped at 90% (executing the Action takes no less than 1/10th the normal time).
