Exert your Mind and spend 15 minutes. Select a Living target within arm's reach. Choose a specific Injury on your target that has not yet been treated with this Effect and roll Intellect + Medicine at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, the Injury is reduced in Severity by your Outcome. If you reduce its Severity to 0, the Injury is fully healed. Otherwise, it is partially healed and will heal the rest of the way at its natural rate.
This counts as a successful Makeshift Stabilization if the Injury was not already Stabilized; any Battle Scars caused by the Injury will remain. Your patient is required to not be incapacitated for the next month. If they violate this rule, your treatment is immediately reversed.
This Effect is not obvious, and the only sign you are using an Effect is lifting my ring ringer and waving it in a 90 degree arc. If someone suspects that an Effect was used, they must roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 8 to pick up on your Tell.
David Vance takes out what looks kind of like a Tide Pod full of blood, that moves on its own within the plastic, and feeds it to his target. Over the course of a minute, the target's wound begins to stitch itself together, filling in with fresh flesh. After a minute, depending on how compatible the target is with the blood, the fresh flesh will align well with their body and their wound will be healed. This effect can even save those on the brink of death, as the Lazarus strain blood of the Gorgon reanimates their dead flesh to work in conjunction with that which can be saved.
David took the leftover blood in the Vial of Healing and grew bacterial cultures of it, which he then later turned into these consumable ampules. The bacteria when grown and fed, (a quite time-consuming process) are quite adept at healing the new hosts which consume them.
Spend 2 Actions and use up this Soft Plastic Capsule of Moving Blood. Select a Living or Dead target within arm's reach. Roll 7 dice at Difficulty 6, dice penalties do not apply.

Exert your Mind and spend 10 Rounds to activate. Select a Object within arm's reach that is no larger than an SUV. You must actively and obviously use Driving Gloves to activate this Effect. More than half the target object must be present in order to begin repairs. Roll Intellect + Crafts at Difficulty 6.
If you succeed, your target is repaired back to a functional state. If you fail, you spend the full time working before realizing you cannot repair the target. If your target only requires fuel or power and is otherwise in working order, this Effect costs no Exertion, and the target is fueled/powered for the next 24 hours.
This Effect ends if you are stunned, fall asleep, go unconscious, are incapacitated, die, or if your total Penalty ever exceeds 5.
Exert your Mind and spend at least two Actions performing the following ritual: must hold up the belt with a chear and strap it on, then flex.. Select a number of Living targets equal to your Charisma within 45 feet as well as a specific emotion. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted. Roll Charisma + Athletics at Difficulty 6. Affected targets can resist by rolling Mind at Difficulty 8.
If you succeed, for the next hour, affected targets will do things they otherwise wouldn’t have done, inspired by the chosen emotion. They will not necessarily display their emotions in an obvious way.
Actions they take will be in keeping with their character and the way they tend to deal with strong emotions. They will be unlikely to change their mind about any actions taken or decisions made until after the Effect ends.
When your target interacts with any valid target, they must roll Self-Control or be swept up in the same emotion. New targets pass it on as well, and so on, with the remaining duration decreasing by half until the chain stops.

If you succeed, you possess your target for a number of minutes equal to the Contested Outcome. The target has no control over their body or actions, though they retain consciousness and will remember anything that occurs during the possession.
You do not leave your original body behind when you possess a target. When a possession ends, your original body will reappear at the host body’s same location. You may spend an Action to end the possession early.
Stats: During the possession, you use the host body’s Body rating, but your own Mind rating. Any rolls you make use the host body’s Brawn, Dexterity, and Perception but your own Charisma and Intellect. You may use either your own or the host’s Ability ratings, whichever is higher. You gain the effects of any physical Assets and Liabilities they have. You cannot read the target’s mind or memories.
Gifts: You have access to and can use any of your own Powers which are not intrinsic to your biology or physical body. You may access and use any of the target’s Gifts or other supernatural effects while you are possessing them.
Death: If the host body is killed or destroyed while you are still possessing it, you will die along with it.
Eviction: If you attempt to force your host to take actions which would violate one of their Limits or their instinct for self-preservation, they must make a Trauma roll. If they succeed, the possession ends and you are evicted from their body. If they fail, they will gain a new Trauma, but can still choose to Exert their Mind and evict you back into your original body.

If the contested Outcome is positive, the most recent 1 hour from your target’s memory is either replaced with new memories or forgotten entirely. This is recorded as a Condition. The level of detail and completeness of the alteration depends on your Outcome. If you fail, the target realizes that you are attempting to alter their memories.
The period is chosen either by time (i.e. “last Friday night”) or by reference to a specific event (i.e. “when the murder occurred”).
