OWL - The Occult Wildlife Landing
The Occult Wildlife Landing (OWL) is a nonprofit organization that advocates for the rights of supernatural creatures to live a life unmolested by humanity’s relentless spread and greed.
While OWL has become the de-facto head of the conservationist movement in the United States, many claim it’s not as innocent as it appears. A number of small, seemingly-disconnected terrorist cells wear the OWL insignia with pride. These groups– which tend to contain a disproportionate number of supernatural creatures and beings– commit high-profile acts of public violence with the intent of furthering OWL’s core objectives. In the past, they’ve blown up oil pipelines, stopped development projects, and even infected congregations of people with mutagenic viruses.
OWL denies any involvement with these so-called “OWL-inspired terrorist organizations” (or OITOs for short). However, many people conflate the two and consider OWL itself to be a terrorist organization.
One thing is for certain: when OWL sends a blast to its followers urging protest, they’re taken seriously.

Even while this Effect is not active, if any Evil Entities or Living Beings come within 50 feet of you, you may roll Perception + Alertness, Difficulty 7 to detect them.

You must actively and obviously use silver fox pendant to activate this Effect. You must maintain Concentration while activating this Effect, and it fails if you are interrupted.

You receive a common name for each being you detect.
After this Effect ends, you cannot move quicker than a walk (15 feet per Round) for one minute and suffer a -1 dice penalty for an hour.

Telepathic Entity Detection
When delta radiation is nearby, it buzzes and lights up. There is also a little compass on the top that whirs around. When the device is positioned in a delta ray connection, the compass will point towards the source (north is the stronger side, south is the “receiver”).

Chef's Bloodthirst
for Ingredients
Bu Fang having been through a high stress situation, the lack of ingredients, the time pressure, as everything boiled up to a rise, his bloodthirst grew. More than his past, more than his trauma, he remembered a place he long thought he has forgotten about. The goblin dungeon, rushing there, he finds that he can almost practically sense where they were without being able to. His intuition, his bloodthirst, has refined itself into almost like a sense for these creatures.
Now, he eats one of his warp formed meatball, the thought of this stimulates his bloodlust, allowing him to tune and hone into these cryptids. Though... to him, they're all just ingredients in the end.
Exert your Mind and spend one minute. You must use up A Warped Form Meatball in order to activate this Effect. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means. If you fail or Botch, you receive one Mind Damage and a new Trauma.
You automatically detect all Cryptids within 100 miles of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
You learn basic information about why each detected being is being detected. For example, if you detect Criminals, you may learn how many crimes they have committed and what type.
You receive How they taste for each being you detect.
All Cryptids who you can sense are equally able to sense you.

"Reaper" Assault Helmet
"Target acquired."
The "Reaper" Assault Helmet is the signature piece of the Future Soldier's arsenal. It has a sleek, design and is made of a mysterious matte-metallic alloy. The wearer's face is exposed normally, but when activated, a blue holographic visor flickers to life in front of the eyes. This HUD contains information about the soldier's ammunition and shield status, but more significantly can detect enemy combatants. Anyone nearby who is holding a weapon is painted with a red dot that follows them in real time. This allows the Future Soldier to fire at painted targets in the dark, detect ambushes lurking around corners, and grants an overall tactical advantage.

You automatically detect all people wielding weapons within 300 feet of you for the next hour. This includes any who come within range during the duration. You have a sense of how many valid targets are nearby, as well as their distance and direction.
