The user would take out a handheld camera with a cord attached to it with a razor thin needle and run it up their sleeves and connecting it to their spine, before connecting the camera to either their clothes or gun, activating the camera would see a red and blue light appear next to the lens before they begin blinking, after which the user would begin seeing electric currents all around them within 50 feet.
