Hiding in plain sight
Strike a pose! Perfect! Everyone is fooled!
This Effect activates whenever someone believes I'm actually a statue. It does not require an Action or Exertion. “Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. You must actively and obviously use a prop related to the pose chosen, such as a news paper, a suit of armor, a sword or a cane. to activate this Effect.
You transform into a statue for one minute. While transformed, you may control the functioning of the object you have transformed into. You can perceive your surroundings as normal. You can be targeted as a Non-Living, Sapient Object.
If you are damaged while transformed, the damage is realized when you return to normal. If you are damaged before you transform, your inanimate form will appear partially damaged.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.
- When triggered, the Effect activation resolves immediately after the triggering Action. It is not Reaction speed.
- If a character is inside of you when you revert to your original form, you take a Severity-5 Injury when they burst from your innards as you shrink.
- You cannot move in any way the object wouldn't normally be able to move. If you are a feather duster, you cannot float around, etc.

CryptoLeak: Silence is Broken
CryptoLeak is a video streaming platform with a singular goal: to allow users to upload and share video content, no matter what. Videos uploaded to cryptoleak cannot be removed, doctored, or censored.
Despite a near-universal condemnation by world leaders, most people greatly appreciate CryptoLeak. It's the go-to platform for posting illuminations, whistleblowing evidence, and data leaks.
CryptoLeak is a mundane technlogical entity that cannot be controlled or destroyed. It has no backing business or organization. It utilizes a distributed architecture that allows it to host content across the entire world, sharding and mirroring its petabytes of data accross millions of personal devices. Content uploaded to CryptoLeak is immutable and cannot be doctored or redacted by any known means.
For once, technology has put the power in the hands of the little guys.
World governments and other powerful organizations can still censor or restrict access to CryptoLeak within their domains, and they sometimes utilize the platform for misinformation and psy-ops campaigns. However, for most people, CryptoLeak represents the freedom to speak and be heard.
Of course, simply uploading a video does not gaurentee it will be seen or gain traction, nor does it protect you from any consequences that may come along with pulling back the veil. . .

Felix has surrendered his mortal future to the Arterial Hive in the pursuit of their shared goal. When Felix Law next dies, Vein's living metal fibres coil around his form as he is subsumed into the symbiote.
You gain the following benefits as long as you are wearing this Artifact.
The next time you die, you instead permanently transform into Vein.
- If a character is inside of you when you revert to your original form, you take a Severity-5 Injury when they burst from your innards as you shrink.
- You cannot move in any way the object wouldn't normally be able to move. If you are a feather duster, you cannot float around, etc.
Spring
The cardist preforms the cardistry move spring. Launching the cards into the air.
As the cards cascade down the cardist will disappear into the falling cards, as the cards fall they will land neatly stacked, inside the a box.
When transforming back the cards will fly out of the box swirling around in the air and then taking the shape of the cardist and bringing him back.
Exert your Mind (unless you win a coin flip) and spend an Action or Reaction. You must use up playing cards in order to activate this Effect.
You transform into Deck of Cards no larger than an SUV for one hour. While transformed, you may control the functioning of the object you have transformed into. You can perceive your surroundings as normal. You can be targeted as a Non-Living, Sapient Object.
If you are damaged while transformed, the damage is realized when you return to normal. If you are damaged before you transform, your inanimate form will appear partially damaged.
You may transform into any generic inanimate object that could easily be acquired in a town. No firearms or explosives.
You may end this Effect prematurely as a Free Action.

Man in the Sky
"The only man in the Sky, is Me."
Heath's body immediately contorts and bends into a plane-like position as he moans and groans in agony and pain as he didn't want to have to resort to this: as his body becomes a fighter jet.
Exert your Mind and Spend an Action to activate. Make a Trauma roll when you activate this Effect.
You transform into Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning no larger than a suburban home for one hour. While transformed, you may control the functioning of the object you have transformed into. You can perceive your surroundings. You can be targeted as a Non-Living, Sapient Object.
If you are damaged while transformed, the damage is realized when you return to normal. If you are damaged before you transform, your inanimate form will appear partially damaged.
Anyone who witnesses you during this Effect's activation or for its duration will almost certainly be disturbed to see your body cracks and bends into the shape of a full-sized F-35 Lightning jet..
- You cannot move in any way the object wouldn't normally be able to move. If you are a feather duster, you cannot float around, etc.
- When narrating disturbing content, be cognizant of your group's tone and accommodating to those who would like to "fast forward" through the description.

Return to Nature
Upon taking critical damage, Phil’s body immediately decomposes into dirt and a small plant on the spot.
You gain the following benefits at all times.

Feign Death
"Oh gross!"
The slightest serious wound on Mothman, cuts through his skin like tissue paper, spilling guts and slime everywhere, and he dies in seconds.
A minute later, he may stir, or not. Shaken by the awareness of his recent death and the mental reckoning of another body shoved into it's place, one from another universe. Mostly similiar, but one where the wound was much less severe.
This Effect activates whenever Taking a level 2 or greater injury. It does not require an Action or Exertion. “Your target should be intuitively based on the triggering event. You must make a Trauma roll when you use this Effect. Its Difficulty cannot be reduced by any means.

The Necromancer temporarily assumes the form of their own corpse, complete with maggots, spilled entrails, and exposed bone. They cannot move while transformed, but their empty eye sockets see as well as ever.
