Description
The metal choker emanated a load, attention grabbing voice when the 6ft sewn together human turned to them. he said in a intimidatingly deep tone "Where is the suitcase" as he trudged over to the guards, his knuckles crackling menacingly.
System
Spend an Action, Exert your Mind, and select a target within 300 feet. The target may communicate in your language for 10 minutes.
You may only communicate with the sorts of targets that your "Commune" Enhancements allow. Without at least one "Commune" Enhancement, this Power is unusable.
